You will be amazed with the big yard, the pool, marble floors, premium countertop kitchen and the most important, this is a unique house, this isn't a condo apartment, you will have the space for yourself. We think this place will help you experience everything Las Terrenas has to offer in a stylish way.

We provide fresh towels, bedsheets, shampoo, soap, bath gel, dish washer soap, pool towels, toilet paper and a charcoal service.

-STAFF: Our staff stoped by a few times a week for garbage, mosquito spray, pool cleaning.

NOTICE:
-The house is inside a complex of only two properties, this house is the first one of two independent and separate houses with independent entrance. The second house is under construction and is expected to be ready by the end of 2026.
-Air conditioner available in each of the 2 bedrooms. Air contioner electricity is charged separated at US$0.50 x kwh consumed and a small deposit is requested at check in for this purpose.
-The entire house energy is covered by an inverter generator, except for the air conditioners of each bedroom and the water heater. In case of a power outage, these will be the only affected.
-Bbq use charcoal and we provide a service.
-Parking for 2 vehicles, and extra space for ATV or scooters.

We are just 2 minutes away driving from the amazing Playa Bonita, and 7 minutes walking from the beach, from a variety of restaurants like; Cayuco, Mosquito restaurant, beluga, casa grande and bodega bonita (Breaskfast, lunch and grocery store).

We are just 25 minutes away from El Catey International Airport and 1 hour and 50 minutes from Las Americas International Airport. We are just 10 minutes from the center of Las Terrenas, 30 minutes away from the amazing Salto el Limon Waterfall and 1 hour away from the starting point for the humpback whales watching in Samana Bay from January to the end of the year each year.
