The waterfront property includes amenities such as: a private dock, fishing Kayaks, firepit, outdoor flat screen TV and much more. Bring your boat and water toys for a weekend of memories in this perfect waterfront retreat whether it be for a couple’s get a way, girls getaway, boys fishing trip or family vacation. Free Wi-Fi is provided to keep you connected.
Bring your boat and or PWC. The large dock has 10’ x 24’ slip and two floating sea doo docks with onsite parking for your boat trailer. Utilize the stairway or ladder on the dock for easy water access for swimming; when you’re done use the provided beach towels to dry off and lounge on the dock or waterfront under the umbrellas for shade or relaxing on the Adirondack chairs. Explore and fish the lake from the dock or the two provided fishing kayaks.
Toast smores in the firepit while relaxing in the night hours under the stars; camp chairs are provided. Relax and enjoy the dock chairs under the solar lit umbrellas and solar lights on the dock for nighttime relaxation. Make that special blended drink with the provided blender in the kitchen and make delicious appetizers on the provided Texas charcuterie board. Let’s not forget the back deck overlooking the cove with rocking chairs, flat screen TV, stair lights, and ambient string lights for the right atmosphere of an evening on the lake under the stars with family and friends.
BBQ your favorite meal while watching the game on the outdoor flatscreen TV. Keep your ice-cold beverages nearby in the outdoor cooler. The large deck overlooking the cove has plenty of seating for everyone, whether it’s around the outdoor table, stools by the bar, Adirondack chairs under the umbrellas, or just enjoying a evening cocktail or morning coffee on the porch. To keep cool there is an outdoor fan and plenty of umbrellas. To stay plugged in the deck also has outlets to charge your phone or plug in your music and Wi Fi.
Indoors you step in to a cozy nicely furnished renovated home on the lake. Cool down after a day on the lake with cool central air. In the evening, get comfortable on the couch with soft throw blankets, which are provided, while watching your favorite show or movie on the flat screen TV w/surround sound. Or maybe enjoy a nice beverage in front of the electric fireplace. In the shower you will be provided with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The kitchen is well supplied, and everything is labeled. It has all the amenities you could want to prepare that perfect meal. We even covered spices and cooking oil. kureg or drip coffee maker, air fryer, blender, toaster, crockpot, and cooking utensils.
Kids and adults alike will enjoy the two arcade games and numerous board games. The washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board and steamer are there for your convenience. In addition, there is a futon that converts into a twin bed.
You will find the two bedrooms newly furnished with comfortable beds and bedding. Nightstands in one bedroom have built in USB ports and plug ins; lamps in other bedroom have lamps with usb ports for charging your phone.
