Welcome to the Ned Spread! Perfect spot to base yourself for a trip to the mountains! Bring the dog, kids, your BFFS, enjoy a variety of activities in and around Nederland, a funky little mountain town full of live music, craft beer, handmade art, incredible views and hikes, tons of nature and wildlife galore! Possibly see a moose if you’re up early! This lovely house in Nederland offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed and two with full beds. With 2 full bathrooms and 2 1/2 baths (one steam shower) and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. The basement even has a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The large, private backyard has a hot tub, zip line, and ninja course. Sit on the stone patio and grill out! Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and heating during your stay. Walking distance to the town of Nederland, bike trails and the bus stop that will take you to Eldora ski resort and/or Boulder. Don't want to take the bus? We are an 8 minute drive to Eldora and 25 minute drive from Boulder. Experience what Nederland has to offer with a stay at our phenomenal house. Pet friendly, our house has a doggy door and a fenced in yard so you can leave your pooch at home.
**Use of the trampoline and zipline requires signing a safety waiver after booking. A sample can be provided upon request.**

Our stay here was perfect for a small group of ladies. Beds were comfy, space was well appointed, and it was close to town and trails. It would be perfect for a family ski vacation too!

Loved our stay at this pet friendly cabin, close enough to walk into town for dinner, coffee & shopping. Backyard was enormous, perfect for our dog.

We loved our time here and enjoyed exploring Nederland. The house was perfect for my family and 2 dogs. My son loved the backyard and spent a lot of time on the zipline and trampoline. We walked into town, ate at great restaurants, and enjoyed several beautiful hikes around the area. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

There is no winery, that is a required question that is not applicable. The house was well appointed. We enjoyed our time there and made the most of Eldora's proximity. It was so nice to be just 10 min away after a day on the slopes. The heated bathroom subfloors are an excellent addition. The outdoor hot tub was enjoyed by a few of us at a time. The master steam shower was a pleasant surprise. The kids enjoyed playing outdoors on the zipline and trampoline. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Ashley and her family were great guests! we would love to have them again! And yes, there is no winery! Just a ski resort and lots of hiking and mt. bike trails. I will have to figure out why that is an options! We would love to have them again.

We enjoyed staying at the Ned Spread in Nederland, CO. It was clean and very comfortable. My dogs loved the woodsy backyard. Everything was great. No complaints, only grateful compliments.Dana was available and friendly when we had a couple of questions. We would stay there again.

Hi! I'm Dana Brenick. I'm originally from the East suburbs of Cleveland but moved out to Colorado after college for the sunshine and the mountains. I've lived in Nederland since the late 90's. I own a spa in Boulder. When I'm not working or driving my 2 daughters around, I'm skiing or hiking with my black lab.

This is one of the few secluded large properties that is right in town. Large bedrooms, bathrooms, and 2 living areas with a large backyard make this home special.
