Home was accommodating for our family needs. We had 4 beds total to rest up in for our busy days. Location was great. We were able to walk to coffee shops, pizza, burgers and even to water with a view of the space needle. We were close to the Mariners baseball field, aquarium and the Washington state campus.
My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! Its central location is unbeatable and the pictures do not do the property justice! The home is cozy, yet has plenty of space for a family of 4! Check in and check out as easy peasy with just the right amount of communication from the hosts. 10/10 would stay again!
It's like a house in the middle of the city. Awesome!!Everything worked great. Location was great. Restaurants a block away!! We all enjoyed cruising around on the lime scooters. Quick scooter ride to everywhere. Definitely would stay here again!!
We needed a place near downtown to stay for three nights for a business trip. The listing for the residence was pretty accurate. It is an older house. Contact from the owner pre-rental was very good and very helpful (didn't need to contact during the stay). Plusses: internet was good, large TV we didn't get to use, nice kitchen, beds were reasonably comfortable, main floor bedroom was not excessively hot, room to work, was clean, it was the only house in a sea of apartments and office buildings, minutes from downtown, and it had a nice front yard we never got to use. MInuses: the one parking spot is not very deep and a little tight to get into, bathroom/shower not in good shape (hopefully the next project), no air conditioning (old house but only one upstairs bedroom had a cooler in it. My co-worker reported it was over 90 degrees when we got there, and the unit made the room less hot. It was the three or four hottest days of the year so some leeway on that issue), historic windows didn't open or didn't close. Overall, a good value given its location and neighborhood, especially if the bathroom gets a much-needed upgrade.
