We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the park for the RenFair. The house is great; we especially loved the game room and the fully equipped kitchen, which is ideal if you want to cook dinner and stay in. We also really enjoyed the pool area—even though it was a bit cold, we spent a lovely night relaxing in the hammock. Just a small heads-up for future guests: be mindful of the thresholds/uneven floors inside the house. You really have to watch your step, so elderly guests should take extra care. Other than that, everything was perfect. We highly recommend it!

Our group of five adults and two kids had an incredible stay at this home! The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area was the heart of our trip, making it so easy and fun for everyone to gather and hang out together.The house was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. We all raved about the wonderful beds and high-quality linens—everyone slept soundly! We also really appreciated the "little things," like the adorable coffee and tea cart. The house cooled perfectly, which was a relief after a long day in the sun.The amenities were top-notch:Kitchen & Laundry: The Samsung appliances are well-maintained and worked perfectly. Having a full-size washer and dryer was a huge plus for our group. (Note: The ice maker works fine, just a little on the slower side if you have a large group, so plan accordingly!)Entertainment: The game room was a hit with both the kids and adults.Outdoor Space: The pool area is pristine and stocked with plenty of fun floats. We also loved the outdoor seating area and found the grill very easy to use and clean.Beach Ready: Even though we spent most of our time at the beach, the host provided a plentiful supply of absorbent beach and bath towels, which made packing so much easier.Overall, a beautiful, clean, and thoughtful home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house

Stayed for 10 days at the property. Had my wife for 7 days, my daughter, son in law and 11 month old grandson for 5 days and my godfather for all 10. Host was incredibly helpful and house was great. We were near supermarkets, restaurants and the beach so location was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect rental

Overdelivered our expectations

We had a such amazing stay at Aiden’s property. As you walk the house you realize that the host cares about the smallest details of your stay. I’ve been travelling for weeks with my husband and our little baby so we had our laundry done, cooked/barbecue, had a great time playing inside and out of the house and what’s that hammock? Love that! We felt like home. Thank you Aiden! We will be back!

All rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. They had a skeeball table that the kids enjoyed like crazy. I went with my parents who are elderly and have dificulty walking and in the living room there is a small step where my dad tripped, thankfully we were able to catch him but that small step is pretty dangerous for elderly and people in general if not careful. Kitchen is very spacious and clean, both bathrooms are spacious, pool is nice but we were unable to use it because it was dirty. Communication with the host was very on point, I just wish late checkout would be offered for free at least for 1 or 2 hours extra, anything over that charged, but that is not necessary to be offered at all so I understand. The neighborhood looked not super amazing but it wasnt bad and the location is very centric and close to Miami. Overall, I loved my stay, I would definitely recommend this place and would love to enjoy it again with my family at some other time. Thank you!

This property was exactly as pictured and described. The host Aiden was everything that you could ask for in a host. We had two minor issues during our stay and Aiden fixed both issues within no time. Aiden’s communication was on point and he was very professional, kind and was willing and ready to solve any problems/concerns that we had. The area is quiet and clean and we had no issues with that. Overall, this property along w the host was a 10/10 and I’d definitely recommend.
