Welcome to our Pompano Beach retreat, just 9 minutes from the beach and ideal for 12 guests. You'll have your own private retreat at the property itself with amenities like the pool, game room, luxurious bathrooms and plush beds.

Our retreat is a nice central location to Boca Raton & Fort Lauderdale being only 15 minutes away. Only 5-10 minutes or less away from some great restaurants, including dining on the beach. 9 minutes from the beach. 25 minutes to Hollywood, FL for casinos.

Our 4-bedroom 2.5 bath home sleeps 12 guests, with 7 beds. Half bath is conveniently located outside by the pool, next to the outside shower.

The fully equipped kitchen, open dining area, and cozy living room provide a perfect space for relaxation. For entertainment, enjoy a game room featuring skeeball, a chess set, and plenty of Smart TVs throughout the home.
Step outside to our private/fenced in backyard retreat, complete with a refreshing pool and grill. The patio offers comfortable seating for just lounging and/or enjoying a nice meal. And relax in one of our multiple options of comfortable lounge chairs including a large hammock.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entirety of the property during their stay. There are certain storage rooms/cabinets that will be locked for their safety. We've implemented safety features to provide peace of mind and ensure a seamless vacation experience for our valued guests.

You can easily reach out to the host through text, call, or email if you need any assistance or have any question's during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction during your stay is one of our top priorities, and we're here to ensure you have a seamless experience.

Check-In/Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you require any special arrangements, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

No Smoking: This includes, but not limited to, cigarettes, any type of vaping and cigars within the property. We kindly ask that you use the designated outdoor area for smoking. A $500 fee will be charged if any kind of smoking in the property occurs.

Quiet Hours: In consideration of the neighbors and fellow guests, we observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please our entertainment amenities responsibly during these hours.

No Parties: As previously mentioned, our property enforces a strict no-party policy to ensure a serene and peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

Pool - the pool is cleaned once a week on either Monday or Tuesday in the morning.

Bugs- We like to take prevention methods in any area we can, that includes keeping the Florida bugs out of the comfortable living spaces. We pay a monthly service for a local and reputable pest control company (Petri Pest Control). If you do happen to see any bugs inside the property, alive or dead, please take a picture and send it to us and we will send out someone from Petri Pest Control.

Lawn Maintenance - Done weekly

Local Attractions: Our retreat is conveniently, centrally located around some great areas, while Pompano itself has many things to do for everyone. Don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations on local attractions, dining, and activities to help make the most out of your stay.

Your hosting team is always just a phone call/message away if you may need anything or have questions at all during your stay! Message us and we'd be happy to help. Please treat this oasis with respect. Please return everything how you found it, report any damage asap, adhere to the no parties rules and stick to the quiet hours.
No more than 3 cars on the premises and do not park on the neighbors yard/property and no parking on side of street is permitted.
Pool is use as your own risk as there is no lifeguard present on the private property.
Provided quantity of paper products and trash bags, 3 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, and at least 3 trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, please plan ahead for if you need more of the above items.
You will have control over the thermostats in the property, however, we do have a vast temperature range of 66-76 to ensure all guests comfort levels.
Any linens that are stained and/or damaged and we cannot get the stains out from washing, we will charge you for the linens and an additional $5-10 restock fee. Restock fee is for the ordering process and needing to wash and add to inventory prior to use.
Also, any tampering with our locked cabinets will result in a automatic $300 fee.
