We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Family Retreat! The kids really enjoyed the arcade games and sand pit as well as the close proximity to the beach. The hot tub was also nice on some of the cooler days we had. It's a great place to stay for a beach visit with children!

Excellent home, excellent host!Tonya was very responsive and accommodating. This was the best house I have stayed in! Highly recommend. The first thing we noticed upon entering was how clean everything was. There were plenty of towels provided for, showering, hot tub and beach. The amenities are amazing, between the game room hot tub, fire pits and outside games there was never a bored moment. Plus you are right at the beach and is conveniently located to supermarkets, and food. The host answers your questions quickly and was pleasant to deal with.

House was clean, location was great. The kids loved the sand area. The weather wasn’t ideal while we were there but the sand area kept the kids entertained, especially finding sharks teeth and shells throughout. They loved the kid cave also. 10/10 recommend and would visit again. Easy walk across the street for breakfast at Dunkin or for a snack at the 7/11. Host was responsive to questions we had. Easy check in/out. And the Hot tub was a plus with the chilly weather.

Host was very quick to respond to questions we had during our stay. Nice and easy walk to beach. We brought chairs and beach towels but didn’t need to. House was stocked with everything. Perfect for what we needed. The only thing I would change is making one or two of the sofas a sofa bed. We are talking about renting same place again next year.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property with a great location. Very close to main road which was a bit terrifying at times with people walking late at night. Minimal issues and the host was always super responsive. Many great things that other places we have stayed did not have. Wish it had more outside coverage as it was rainy the weekend we were there and we live to sit outside.

The location was great 100 steps from the beach. The home offered everything we needed and surprisingly plenty of room for 10 of us. The available items already in the unit like coffee - just made it even better and convenient. Right across the street from Publix. The beach was not crowded at all. It was a great stay.

What a wonderful place to stay!! They have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Upon entering the property we were amazed how clean and spotless it was. With a 3 year old who’s always in the floor this was important to us. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of beach towels. The washer and dryer were great to have and there is a grocery and a Dunkin right across the street! The property is nicely fenced - it’s like you’re in your own little enclave. If you’re thinking of renting a spacious place on the beach with something for everyone, this is the place for you

This home is quintessential Old Florida and absolutely amazing! It was perfect for a bachelorette weekend with seven ladies. The beach is just steps away, with sea turtle nests at the entrance. I ran on the beach every morning, and we spent many evenings there—it always felt peaceful, private, and safe.The house is adorable, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and more. We loved using the beach chairs and umbrellas, hanging out on the cute patio, and the fully equipped kitchen easily handled feeding our group. We rented the extra suite for the bride and maid of honor, where soft robes were waiting. The Caribbean shower was our favorite feature after long beach days, and the coconut-scented body wash made it feel like a tropical resort.We didn’t even have time to enjoy the bocce ball, cornhole, fire pit, or jacuzzi. The hosts were responsive, accommodating, and even let us check in early when one guest arrived ahead of schedule.The only things to note: this is a classic Old Florida home, not a new build, though the interior is beautifully updated. You can hear some road noise, especially from the suite, but it never bothered us.I highly recommend this home for groups and already want to book it again for a family trip. Parking for three SUVs is the cherry on top. Just book it!

Our vacation here was wonderful! The house has a nice game room for the kids and plenty of places to sleep.The yard is AstroTurf which was really nice and clean, and there are lots of showers and hoses outside to wash off your stuff and yourself after coming in from the beach. The bungalow is really nice as well. Extremely clean, extremely close to the beach, super convenient with the 7-11, Publix, Dunkin Donuts across the street. We will definitely try to stay here again
