Soccer Tournament Stay

Three families traveled to Memphis for a soccer tournament and we wanted to stay near the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. We chose Summer’s place because it had room for 7 kids and 4 adults and was 6 minutes away from the fields. The good: the home is in a super quiet neighborhood that felt safe. There were plenty of televisions, a great living room lounging space, several areas to sit and eat meals, and the room with four beds was a great spot for kids. There was a foosball table that was popular. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, which we did. The washer and dryer was helpful, internet was great, water pressure in showers was great, price was good - all in all a good place for what we needed. Nothing is super modern so if you’re looking for top of the line luxury, this is not your place. We were comfortable and happy and enjoyed our stay.

Why they chose this property

I bought this house to be close to the FedEx World Headquarters where I was employed at the time. The neighborhood is convenient to any part of the city including the airport, restaurants, shopping and more. Walmart and Kroger are less than a mile away as well.

What makes this property unique

My house is open and spacious, and the exterior doesn't reveal just how comfortable large groups are in the home. Whether inside in the game area or one of the spacious bedrooms or outside at the deck or firepit, you'll find plenty space to gather or get away to entertain or relax.
