The Space:

Cozy Living Space: Unwind in a well-designed living area that radiates comfort and relaxation. Furniture includes: Smart TV, couch, in unit washer and dryer!

Car is best for exploring the entire city, however there are public transportation stops close by.

Within walking distance is groceries, pharmacies, restaurants and UNMC.



Other Things to Note:

There is a Laundry room in the basement floor with coin operated machines. The code to the laundry room door is 3100.



The door into the building requires a key entry for the safety of our guests. There are lockboxes to the left of the entrance corresponding to your unit number. The Door Code provided will open the lock box to retrieve your key. Please keep this key with you for the duration of your stay. At check out, please return the key to the corresponding lockbox for the next guest. The Lock Code refers to your keypad that opens the lock on your individual apartment door.

Nice stay

This apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean and updated. The shower head was a little string and you need to position the curtain so water doesnt spray out. The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. Plenty of room to "move in" for a few days Garden level us nice, does face parking lot however can close blinds for privacy. Nice fairly quiet building. Close to several resteraunts and entertaintment districts in Omaha. Would stay again, would recommend.
