A Note on Noise & Neighborhood

Our home is located on a small lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard area is fenced in and private however it has several homes right beside and behind the pool area.

For that reason, our home is not suitable for loud or highly energetic pool use for hours at a time, especially in the mornings and evenings. We love hosting families who are happy to relax, enjoy the pool respectfully, and use the home as a comfortable place to unwind after exploring Sarasota.

Family memories

During our two week stay we were able to make memories with my two grandsons and there families. Great location close to the airport because we were there 4 time. But still close enough to the beaches to enjoy them. The heated pool was a great hit.

Absolutely Paradise

We booked to arrive the day after Christmas. It was a welcome place to relax. The pool is heated which is wonderful during December. The beds were also very comfortable. Everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay again/recommend to others!

Great House and Pool

The house was exactly as described—super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The pool was absolutely fantastic and was our favorite spot. The house came with everything needed for a beach day. Communication with the host was great; they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Spring Break Family Vacation

Stayed with 4 kids(23,10, and 2.5 year old twins)for spring break and absolutely loved the property! Nice gated yard in a really quiet neighborhood! Kids loved the pool and the space the home offered. Property manager was very accommodating and understanding as well, as we needed to check in a bit earlier.

Great home

We stayed for spring training. Location was about 15 minutes from Ed Smith Stadium. House was super clean and our kids enjoyed the pool in the evening after a day at the ballpark.

Headstart to Vacay

We needed a place to stay to accommodate our early arrival to Florida before we could check in to our condo. This house was perfect for our family and met all of our needs. The lanai/patio with private pool was a huge bonus for our kids. Would highly recommend and will consider this again in the future.

Perfect spot

We came into the area for a soccer tournament in Lakewood Ranch. The home was an easy 25 minute drive to the fields. The home was just as described and shown in the pictures. The pool and grill were perfect for post soccer games. The local food truck flare in the area was a nice added touch. We would definitely stay again

Great stay in Sarasota

We had a great stay! It’s an older home, but very nice and well taken care of. The house was super clean and organized—I really appreciated how everything was labeled. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook several meals at the house, which made things easy. They also had a wagon and beach chairs for us to use, which came in handy for trips to Siesta Key Beach (about 20–25 minutes away and our favorite!).The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get in and out of. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating whenever I reached out. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Very welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We were greeted with a welcome basket with snacks on the counter. Every cabinet was labeled so it was easy to find everything we needed, especially when cooking and baking. Beach and bath towels, and blankets were provided. Nice backyard and pool area. Had floaties and games for the pool. 25 min drive to Lido Beach. 10/10 would recommend.
