Rustic hilltop Villa with magnificent views and a unique sunrise

Villa Kyparisopoula is located on the hilltop of Katsaros area overlooking the town of Skiathos, Skopelos and the Aegean Sea. The Southeast location of the Villa allows you to experience beautiful views along with a breathtaking sunrise.
It is a traditional, semi-detached country house, consisting of four private apartments (out of which three are available for leasing), making it an ideal holiday destination for large families and groups of friends. . (The apartments can be rented separately, and price will be given upon request)
The host’s discreet presence in the property is necessary to ensure our guest’s comfortable and convenient stay. We maintain the traditional Greek hospitality and are available for any queries you might have while we guarantee our guest’s privacy. Our guests can enjoy the Mediterranean climate away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy town. Hiking trails and mountain walks are available meters away, within the quiet, lush countryside surrounding the Villa. The main house consists of 3 double bedrooms which come with new beds and mattresses, 2 newly renovated bathrooms, a kitchen and large living room and dining area. It can accommodate up to 6 people. In addition, it has a large balcony and patio area where you can enjoy your sun kissed breakfasts every day!
The house situated just under the main house, on the lower level is a one double bedroom apartment which comes with a new bed and mattress, one bathroom, a open plan kitchen and living room. This is the smallest one and ideal for a couple however it can accommodate an extra adult or 2 children in the living room area with a new sofa bed.
Lastly the house adjacent to the main house is situated on the eastern part of the property. It consists of two double bedrooms which comes with new beds and mattresses, 1 bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen and living room area. This apartment sleeps 4 but can accommodate an extra adult if need be or 2 children in the living room area where a new sofa bed is again included.
All apartments have separate private entrances and spacious outdoor patios. They come fully furnished and fully equipped with new flat screen TVs and Wifi access. All linen and towels are provided, along with weekly laundry and ironing services.

Just a 8-10 minute drive from the Airport and the Town of Skiathos and a 10 minute downhill walk to Vasilias beach and bus stop, the villa is situated close enough to the cosmopolitan life of the island but far enough for you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Mediterranean nature.
As the island of Skiathos is full of beautiful and diverse beaches you will need a car to explore most of them.They are so worth it!
