Magnifique maison de caractère avec une vue éblouissante, très confortable pour notre famille de 5 adultes et un bébé. Excellent villa, gorgeous views

The villa was amazing, probably the best rental we have stayed at anywhere in Europe or the US. It exceeded our expectations and the view was indescribably amazing. The hosts were helpful while leaving us our privacy. Highly recommend.

Best Villa ever!

What a wonderful Villa with great hosts ERRIKA and her husband they ensured we had the best holiday. The views were amazing and so was the hospitality, we’d have no hesitation rebooking, in fact we are already planning our next visit but next time a longer stay.

We have just returned from the BEST holiday in Skiathos where we stayed at Villa Erifili! The property suited our family perfectly, it is set out well, had everything we needed, the views are absolutely breathtaking, there’s a couple of tavernas within walking distance and Errika & Lefteris the owners are some of the loveliest people that you will meet, we even adopted Toulouse their cat for the week. We spent our days by the wonderful pool and we visited the beautiful beaches that Skiathos has to offer! Skiathos Town is close by and well worth a visit. We loved our holiday and one day we will return. 💙

The location of the villa is truly outstanding with dramatic views of the town, bays, islands and runway. Although the weather wasn't the best we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. I'm sure we will be back here in the future.

August 2024 - family vacation

We’ve been to Skiathos many, many times over the last 20 years, but this year, without doubt was easily the best. We’ve tried to pinpoint why this year has stood out, and all answers point towards Villa Erifili !! From the moment we arrived, we all were struck by the beauty of the Villa and then in the morning, marvelled at the stunning views. Combine this with Errika and Leftiris’s care and support, then you have all the ingredients for a perfect holiday, of which this was. We’re trying to plan when the family can come on holiday together again, but for sure, Villa Erifili will be top of the list.

Villa Erifili

This villa was fantastic and is in a stunning location overlooking the town of Skiathos and Skopolos and with only a 2 minute drive to the monastery. Erika our host was just lovely and on hand for any queries. There are no words to describe the view from the terrace and we spent many happy hours swimming and relaxing at the villa. We didn’t have any young children but the villa was well equipped for babies. Of note though you would have to keep a close eye on toddlers as there were several low walls with drops on the other side and there was no barrier to stop them getting to the swimming pool. We will be booking again for sure when we return to Skiathos.

Amazing villa with incredible views

Our stay at Villa Erifili was exceptional! Errika, our hostess, was waiting for us at the airport, helped us locate our car rental and then we followed her up the very steep hill to the villa. A car rental is a necessity as the villa is located in a quiet area up high and away from Skiathos town (but only a 10-15 minute drive). Erika showed us around the property and we even had a welcome basket of fruit along with some wine and drinks. The view is unbeatable! We were able to lounge on the deck as we watched ships come in and out of port and airplanes land/take off from the airport. The sunrise was stunning! Erika checked in on us and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do during our stay. We had wonderful communication with her from the time of our booking though our stay. The pictures online of the villa are wonderful but seeing it in person was even better! Pictures do not do this place justice. We had all the amenities we needed and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! 100 percent recommend booking this villa!

Another amazing stay at Villa Erifili

This was our 2nd stay as a family of 4. Our hosts Errika and Lefteris are simply amazing. They are helpful , attentive and very kind. No expense was spared by them to make our stay as memorable as the last. The villa is stunning and the views are the best. It is ideally situated to give you the best of both worlds - peace and relaxation yet just a short drive to the bustle of Skiathos town. The villa is very comfortable and clean and has all you need. Fresh figs grow on the trees and were delicious with breakfast. The pool is lovely and a welcome retreat from the sun. Nearby Troulos beach is a gem , great watersports a d crystal clear water. If you fancy a go a SCUBA diving i highly recommend Dolphin diving , ask for Manthos. The Final step restaurant is also amazing. We were sad to leave the villa but will be back. Thank you Errika , lefteris and Toulouse the cat. We miss you like family

We have just stayed at this amazing property in Skiathos. We have nothing negative to say. Communication with Erika and her husband were fast and they were so approachable. We loved Skiathos and couldn’t wait to return in the afternoon so sit by the pool and enjoy the surroundings. If we could return straight away we would.

Fabulous Skiathos Villa

From the moment we booked this property to checkout we couldn't have been more pleased. Errika and her husband were so welcoming and thorough. Errika greeted us in town and had us follow her to the Villa. She then walked us around and told us everything we needed to know. Each day her husband woke early to come clean the pool. My husband enjoyed getting to know him. The villa itself was fabulous. The location was convenient to Skiathos Town and Kastro. It sits high on the hill providing breathtaking views. We only wish we had more time to enjoy all the villa had to offer. We did make time to relax by the pool but not enough. We will be back.

A wonderful getaway

My family and I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay in this beautiful, secluded property perched in the hills. We loved the high position with stunning views of Skopolos and Skiathos Town. All rooms inside the property were spacious and attractive. The outdoor area with pool, sun loungers, hammock and eating area was a favourite place to be. We used the BBQ and also enjoyed the host’s recommendations of nearby local restaurants. The quality of the villa was excellent. We enjoyed meeting our hosts who did all they could to make our stay a success. We hope to return. Julia

Relaxation Heaven

If your looking for a place to sit back, take in the view and relax then Villa Erifili is the place. Excellent through and through, just 5 mins car ride out of Skiathos on the hill side with lovely hosts to look after your every need, you won’t be disappointed. See you next year Skiathos!! 😎

Marvelous holiday Villa

The Villa was spacious, secluded, with spectaculer scenery. The Villa came with air conditioning, a private bbq, and private swimming pool, with spectacular views of the Sea, and Skiathos town. The Villa is also uniquely located close to the airport, close to the town and close to the ports, but far enough not to be disturbed. The Villa also came with a vegetable and fruit garden, which our gracious hosts granted us access to, we picked lovely fresh home grown tomatoes, Cucumbers, figs and other veg for our bbq salads and breakfast. The hosts were very friendly, warm, and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend this Villa in Skiathos, to anyone looking for privacy and spectacular views. Villa Erifili. Outstanding in every way

Errika and her husband are perfect hosts. From the time of booking to shortly before our arrival Errika answered our questions promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. As we were in Skiathos the week before, she came and saw us at our hotel and worked out the simplest way for us to get to the villa on the day we were checking in, letting us follow her up to Villa Erifili. Now to the villa. The pictures do not do it justice. the three bedrooms are large light and airy with great air conditioning. Downstairs, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out, a large bathroom and washroom and the well equipped kitchen. Outside it's just perfect. a dining terrace with hammock with panoramic views over Skiathos and Skopolos. Then there is the second terrace with the pool and comfy sun loungers again with the same incredible views. Just round the corner of the house is the outdoor barbecue/oven and cooking area. Being in the hills, the gentle breeze took the edge off the summer heat. We came hoping for a good holiday location, we found the perfect holiday villa. Thank you Errika, we will be booking again.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We loved our stay in Villa Erifili. The villa, which is beautifully decorated inside, is in a commanding position high above Skiathos town, with awe-inspiring views from the villa's huge terrace. Two great restaurants are a very short car journey away and it's no more than 15 minutes to the town and port. Errika, the villa's owner, was incredibly helpful without ever being in the slightest bit intrusive. Meanwhile, the island offers many delights, with great beaches including the fantastic one at Tsougria island which is reached in 15 mins by ferry.

This is heaven

I cannot say enough about this wonderful villa and family. We have visited four times now. Do you want the perfect relaxing getaway? Look no further. Skiathos is beautiful, fun and has great restaurants and great beaches. Up on the mountainside, the views never end. The villa is private , serene and beautifully appointed surrounded by lovely plantins and flowers. The kitchen allows us to cook easily, well equipped. Great outdoor grill, too! Just perfect. I cannot say enough about this truly wonderful place.

Truly wonderful

This has been the best villa holiday we have ever had and we have had many. Errika and her husband are wonderful kind and attentive hosts in fact they feel more like family than hosts. We were so well looked after for the duration of our stay and felt really sad to leave. The villa is fantastic , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool was crystal clear a d inviting a d the views from the veranda overlooking Skiathos were breathtaking. The island is fabulous with its abundance of beaches. The water sports were fantastic and the local tavernas served up very tasty traditional food. The villa is in the hills so I would recommend a car. As Skiathos is so small an island everywhere is in very easy reach of the villa.. We are already looking at a return trip. Errika and family , thank you for a wonderful vacation.
