The place was exactly as shown online. It was the perfect location for us to explore the area’s national parks. The location of this VRBO was close to many amenities and we felt very safe coming and going. The host responded quickly to questions and we loved staying there!

This was the perfect place for my weekend trip to Cedar City. Close to everything, clean, cute, stocked with all the essentials, affordable, and the host was super helpful and quick to respond! Sorry to report, but we were very disappointed with the degree of cleanliness. We actually chose not to stay and were left with no other choice but to go to a hotel.

The place was thoroughly deep cleaned before these guests arrival. In 10 years of doing short term rental we've never had a complaint about cleanliness. I never saw their car or them checkin-in. I suspect this is just backlash for not being able to cancel their reservation last minute.
