This beautifully RENOVATED Key West beach house is located in the exclusive and quiet neighborhood of Tilghman Beach and just across the street from the beach. 6 bedroom, 4 bath house is located directly across the street from the beach. This house has its own private pool, hot tub & outdoor enclosed shower. This property received all new siding, decking, fencing, flooring, paint, furniture, completely remodeled kitchen, appliance and TV's in the winter of 2017-2018. In the winter of 2018-2019, all 4 bathrooms were completely remodeled. The house sleeps a total of 18 people with a total of 2 kings, 4 queens, 2 twins & 2 sleeper sofas.

Those who want to swim can head outside to the private outdoor swimming pool or relax in the private outdoor Jacuzzi. Even the sports fans will be satisfied with the outdoor basketball hoop & volleyball net and fenced yard for playing corn-hole! This beach house has a well appointed-kitchen and charcoal BBQ grills to satisfy everyone's hunger after all of those activities.

Amazing location. We wished the backyard was completely gated off so the littles could run around in the backyard without worry (the gate for the driveway was open). Easy walk across to beach access. Overall great stay for the price!

Pool and hot tub were fine. Bathrooms were adequate. 2 bedrooms had no closets. Roku remote for downstairs TV did not work. Adding apps to TV menu was restricted. Owner provided the minimum of household items like toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, etc. The rental accommodated 8 senior adults quite well. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly. . . an AI bot.

The house was okay. The pool was murky. When we called, we were told the pool maintenance wouldn't be out until Wednesday. The company said they'll send housekeeping to come by on Monday. When a guy showed up, he tested the pool and told us that the pool's alkaline was high and be sure to take a shower right after. The pool was not treated. No pool maintenance guy ever came by on Wednesday. The kitchen oven had some kind of electrical issue. Food took forever to cook. The company sent a maintenance guy but all he did was check temperature of oven and said nothing was wrong. The beds were hard. The central AC was not very effective especially in the bedrooms downstairs. The pictures of the place online made the house look better than what it looked like in person. "You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig". Overall, I was disappointed with spending all this money for a place that didn't feel at all worth the price tag. I will not be returning to this place. I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect location

We had a 4th of July family get together here and it was amazing. How is as advertised, the kids loved the pool, and the beach was a short walk distance away. Definitely would stay here again. Great pripery and communication.

Bachelor Party

We started here for my two brothers bachelor parties. The house was perfect, plenty of room for all 13 of us adults. It was amazing to have the pool. The check in process was simple and even accommodated an early check in! Would definitely love to revisit.

Memories Made

First of all check in was so easy. Second the pool was bigger than I expected and a pleasant surprise. We had 8 adults and 7 kids everyone enjoyed the pool. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and we were able to make a few dinners for everyone. The grill outside is small and took time to cook but we made it work, it is a charcoal grill. We had so many laughs and everyone found things to do. A great weeks vacation and I highly recommend.

The kids utilized the pool and the basketball net each day. The beach was less than a five minute walk.
