Welcome to your "Home Away From Home" centrally located in Charlottesville. This fabulous property is just a short walk to UVa's medical and academic campuses, the historic downtown mall, and cute shops and restaurants in between. It boasts 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed. There are three full bathrooms all equipped with amenities such as a : shower - bath tub combination, hair dryer, make -up wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

Upon arrival, guests will receive their access code for the duration of the reservation.

Rooms were spacious & clean. Furniture in common areas could have been better - more sturdy & additional comfortable sofas/chars would help. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Family-friendly. Good communications with host.

We really enjoyed our stay in October. Taneia was super and responded to all questions quickly. The house was spacious & cozy for our group of 8. Bedrooms & baths were nice. TV in common area would have been nice so all of us could watch a big game we wanted to see together. However, wasn’t a drawback in staying here. Close to restaurants and downtown area. Would stay here again if back in Charlottesville.

Another great Charlottesville weekend

The property accurately matches the online description. The rooms were spacious and cozy and the location was perfect for getting downtown and around to different wineries. The living room is a bit sparse for comfortable seating and there is no communal TV. This was fine for us though as we didn’t spend much time at the house except to sleep (though some of the guys in our group would’ve appreciated it to catch some of the football games!). We had some initial bumps with the check in process and communicating with the host via the VRBO app/by phone that caused some delays, and while temporarily annoying, they were minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things for our group. For the location, amount of space, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms, the price for this stay is unbeatable. We’ll be back!
