Three bedrooms (super comfy new mattresses). Queen, King & Single, Single beds w/ pullout couch. Hot tub, Koi Pond, Grill, Full Kitchen, coffee, washer/dryer, free parking.

No Hot Tub use after 10pm

Love having French Press Coffee on Adirondack Chairs by the Koipond, reading/sunbathing on the back patio by the hot-tub, or grilling on the guest patio.

Easily walkable to downtown pedestrian mall. Walk to the best restaurants. Bakery, Coffee Shops, and Market just two long blocks away. 1 guest space directly outside the door and unlimited public parking on the street in front of the house.

No Hot Tub use after 10pm

Big Trees, beautiful historic homes and right beside the downtown mall. Quiet north downtown location of this home is a 10 and the neighborhood is a lot of fun to walk.

Parking directly in front of apartment door on weekends for up to 2 cars and week days for 1 car. Across the street, In front of the house, available all times but open to general public (though usually easy to get a space)

Just a few short blocks to pedestrian mall.

This home is truly and conveniently walkable to the best restaurants in town. Quite neighborhood with huge trees and historic home to explore on your walk. From city center it's a short trip to Vineyards, History (Monticello, Montpellier, etc), UVa, Shenandoah National Park.

Be a traveler - not a tourist. This home gives the feel of living downtown and being part of the neighborhood. The Koi Pond in front and the hot tub and backyard in the back allows for luxury relaxing and a quick walk to bakeries, coffee shops and the best restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Park Street is the gem of Charlottesville. Location, beauty, nature and lot sizes. One of the first homes on the street when it changes from commercial to residential. Other properties say that they are walkable to the mall, but they might be saying 3/4 of a mile to 1&1/2 miles. Here, we are just 2 long blocks to the mall. The Front and Back outdoor spaces allow relaxation and integration into the community.
