Golf outing with my family

Plenty of room for 4 guys, beautiful pool but had hot tub problems during our stay.

Clean and roomy

House was very spacious. Each bedroom had a bath. Everything needed was in the kitchen. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe.

Swiss House

The house was very comfortable inside, needs work on outside, very dated. Some minor issues with the water pressure, faucet filters need changing. Also would have preferred the two bedrooms had queen beds versus two rooms with two twin beds. I also think the price was on the high side for the property.

Beautiful views

The house is in a very nice private gated community. The pool and back yard are wonderful. The views of the woods and lake are amazing. Also great sunsets. We enjoyed the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own showers and toilets. There is also a very cool loft area that would be great for kids to sleep in. The kitchen was nice and had lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and cups etc. pretty much everything you need to serve a big group. There is a Publix supermarket 4 miles away and is very convenient to pick up food and drinks. Overall a very nice place to stay for a quiet relaxing vacation. Oh at night you can see the stars due to the fact your away from the city.

Okay Stay

The property area is very nice. Property overall really need an update. There were things broken like the master bedroom slide door handle. Internal of the home need work. There were cobb webs and ceiling stains around the house. Need better cleaning before next visitor.

Overall the property was good with the exception of the spa. I paid for heating of spa and was only able to use it if I was home for the majority of the day to continue hitting button to put spa on. I shutoff well below the 2 hours the book stated it stayed on, therefore I don't believe I should be fully charged since only used 3 times over the 10 days

Thanksgiving break

The house was roomy and comfortable. The pool and patio were nice. We were not able to get the spa working. Dog owners - be aware that the property is only fenced on three sides with access to the neighboring properties. There is a nice dog walk area between the ski lakes. The kitchen was missing garbage liners, but otherwise had all the cookware and utensils needs for a group of 6. The second master would have been better with a queen size bed. The loft was cool but had no window treatments. The kids would not sleep up there. The exterior of the house needs maintenance. The kids enjoyed the basketball hoop.

Relaxing getaway

The first impression was not great, the house needs some updating and the curb appeal was a bit lacking. However the house was spotless, the backyard and pool area were beautiful and communication with the property management was great. We were bummed out we couldn’t enjoy the pool, but Florida weather in December is definitely unpredictable.

March Break 2019

Spent our March Break in 2019 at Swiss 101 - Lake Olsen. I look at this as a cottage in the country outside of Orlando. Very quiet and peaceful if your looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
