Perfect retreat just 30 min walk from center of SXSW

Great stay! The home makes you feel like you're at home. It was nice to leave all the "noise" of downtown and chill. The outside covered deck is amazing. The host even treated us with a 3-tap kegerator. Plus, S Lamar and S Congress is where it is!

We truly feel we live in the best area of Austin. South/Central Austin is the heartbeat of the city where many local restaurants, bars, music venues and businesses have remained. With easy access to the parks, pools and festival sites - everything is just blocks away.

What makes this property unique

We hope you'll find our property a comfortable place to stay while visitng Austin. There are many spots to both relax and gather for fun from the enclosed patio to the balcony or the front yard. Viewing the downtown skyline at sunset or sunrise is a signature feature of our property. We are looking for travelers for 30 - 90 day stays.
