The home was amazing. Plenty of room for our family. The fireplaces on each floor kept us cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals we made at home. The location was ideal for apple picking, visiting the town, and exploring the surrounding area. The deer in the yard at all times of the day were bountiful and beautiful to watch. It was truly a great stay. Nothing could have been better. Thank you!

This cabin was great. We loved fishing in the river, relaxing in the hot tub, playing board games, and watching movies by the fire. We barely left the cabin. We just enjoyed each other’s company and had a wonderful trip. Would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely beautiful! Brock was a pleasure to deal with. The train track and river made it even more perfect.
Over the past ten years, we have stayed at rental homes in various areas throughout North Georgia…Lake Burton, Lake Chatuge, Clayton, and several places on the Toccoa River. This is easily our favorite, for a number of reasons. First, the neighborhood is gorgeous. The homes are all well-kept, on beautiful natural lots. This is a gated neighborhood with a well-maintained road. Because it is gated, we didn’t see another car pass the cabin during our stay. The cabin is gorgeous and laid out well. The upstairs and terrace levels each have master suites with en suite bathrooms. The main level has a nice guest bedroom and a separate guest bath. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, utensils and the other things needed to make virtually any meal. There are multiple fireplaces, including one in a screened porch. Two firepits, one just outside the house and another on the river. The cabin is on a huge lot with a large open back yard, which makes for great stargazing at night. If you like to fish, this stretch of river is very nice. When the river is at normal flow, it is easy to wade, with a gravel bottom and intermittent large rocks.Blue Ridge is about 15 minutes away. McCaysville is about 10 minutes away. Many great restaurants and shops within a short drive. Ingles and Food Lion grocery stores are nearby.
