Brand new modern chalet just minutes from Blue Ridge. This 3-bedroom chalet offers 3 full-size bathrooms, a half bath and room for 8, along with a convenient location about 10 miles (15 min) from downtown Blue Ridge. That means easy access to all the wonderful attractions and splendor of Blue Ridge while enjoying the privacy and seclusion of Mineral Bluff. Featuring high speed Wi-Fi, Hot Tub, Cable TV, and a large deck with a fireplace to enjoy all those cool nights with family and friends.

Located in Mineral Bluff, Chardonnay Chalet is approximately 15 minutes from Blue Ridge. A gravel road leads up to the chalet where your wonderful vacation awaits. Available parking for up to 3 vehicles.

This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath chalet that sleeps 8 is 2 levels. There are a small set of stairs that lead up to the covered porch. On this level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large island just waiting to be used those large family meals. The open floor plan living area features a couch, 2 chairs, and a TV above the gas fireplace. The room is finished off with a dinning table that can seat 6. Also on this level is the powder room and full washer/dryer.

The master bedroom is right off the main living space and includes a King bed with TV and features an attached bathroom. The bathroom features dual vanities and a gorgeously tiled shower with a rainfall head.

As you descend into the lower level you will enter the game room. Here you will find the wet bar as well as several entertainment items (TV, foosball, arcade, etc.). You will also find a pull out sofa that makes into a Full sized bed. Off the game room you will find two additional bedrooms. The first includes two bunked Twin beds with a TV. The second is a King with a TV. There are two full baths on the lower level. The first features a tub while the other is a full shower enclosure. All tastefully decorated and ready for your enjoyment.

Outside on the main level there is a large deck that offers several seating options, a picnic table, as well as the relaxing wood burning fireplace with TV. Offering beautiful wooded views any time of the year. On the lower level you will find the beautiful hot tub, relaxing daybed swing, and outdoor fire pit to help keep you warm on those cold fall nights.

Nice getaway

Great stay away from our normal. Beautifully located amongst mountains. Strategically located to go in different direction to enjoy activities outside of the property. Not a far drive to everything. Cabin beautiful and very comfortable. All amenities within the house were all accommodating. Fully stocked kitchen and grill to entertain without leaving for every meal. Saw wildlife including deer (Doe with two baby fawns) right on the driveway and walking in the property. Was peaceful and relaxing made use of the swing, hot tub and the big back porch. Was awesome. Planning next year to bring my parents. They will love it like we did.

Long weekend getaway

Such a peaceful, relaxing stay. Views were beautiful. Cabin was nicely decorated and kitchen stocked with everything we needed. We absolutely loved the outdoor fireplace. My only complaint is the cabin was so nice, I didn't get much sightseeing done! We are planning a return trip.

Overall, we loved our stay at the Chardonnay Chalet. The home was beautiful and clean - the pictures accurately reflect the space. We pretty much lived on the deck and loved utilizing the outdoor fireplace while listening to the afternoon rain. Our only *very* small cautions are that the road is a steep gravel road that my father's AWD SUV had difficulty getting up (could have been from the heavy rain). Luckily, we also had a 4WD truck. Also, the house sits right above another home which was hosting a large group and they were on the louder side for a good portion of the weekend. So the potential for neighborly noise is something to consider when booking this property.

Chardonnay chalet

Property was good. Definitely needed some tlc outside after the winter. Back yard area is bordered by a vine/bush with thorns. Hard to keep dog out. Had a few issue but Todd and Emily addressed them right away! Only 20 min do blue ridge. Definitely bring or request cleaning supplies if you are like me and like a cleaner space especially after cooking, no cleaning supplies in house upon arrival just an old broom.

Great summer getaway

It was a wonderful place for our family to reconnect just after school was out. We enjoyed the out door fireplace. We played games on the outdoor deck. The hot tub and our door swing elevated the relaxing experience.

Great time at the cabin

We stayed on the cabin for a quick trip and enjoyed it a lot. It's a beautiful cabin, good location, quiet, and nice amenities. The host is great to communicate with, very helpful, and very responsive. Would recommend.

Lovely home; some furniture needs replacing

Overall we had a nice stay. Communication with hosts was great. The cabin itself was lovely. The furniture in the pics is accurate but years and a lot of renters later, some furniture needs replacing along with the outdoor cushions.

Great Weekend Get-Away

This was perfect for our weekend getaway. The property was just as described and had everything we needed. This Cabin would be perfect for three couples or families. (Just bring an air mattress for the bunk bedroom). The layout is great.

Great bonding time

Came here with my two kids for some time away. Beautiful quiet cabin. Was everything we wanted. Had great evening sitting outside watching a scary movie after dark..they loved it!!! The hosts gave great directions and were quickly available for a question. Recommend!!!

Our Weekend Stay

Everything about our stay was great with the exception of the living furniture that was worn out (very uncomfortable and soiled like a frat house) and all the mattresses were very uncomfortable too. So much so, that you woke up so very sore needing Motrin. Additionally, there was a foul smell coming from the laundry room. We kept the doors ajar so it could air out. The baking sheets and pans were put away very wet and greasy. No extra sheets to place on the couch, you didn’t want to sit on the couch without a barrier. And it was listed as a four bedroom, but it is really a three bedroom with a pull out couch in the basement rec room. Aside from that, the place was remarkably. But I would not recommend because the furniture was that bad. If the furniture gets updated it would be a five star stay.

Spectacular Chalet

Wow! This chalet has everything we could have wanted in our Blue Ridge vacation. Todd & Emily were wonderful hosts, and the chalet was just gorgeous! We drove up a gravel road to the top of a hill where the chalet sits (be sure to read the directions on how to find it). The home itself is wonderfully decorated and deck is just incredible! The outside fireplace was great to have watching the football game on those chilly nights. The hot tub is huge and was so worth it! It was only 15 min from the chalet to downtown Blue Ridge. The location was great to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be coming back again!

15th birthday getaway

Amazing! Very peaceful area. This house is beautiful, luxurious, very clean, new and well equipped with everything you need. Gorgeous and very detailed decoration thats make you feel homey. Beautiful views. We loved the the upper deck and the kids had a great time on the play room area(lots of board games) and made s’mores at the fire pit. We spend lots of hours talking and lounging on the patio swing and hot tub. We had no issues with Wi-Fi or cell service. 10-15 drive to supermarket and town. Great communication with host. We want to stay again!!!!!

Uncomfortable getaway

My family and I look forward to our fall getaway each year. I saw this property online and fell in love with the outdoor space. Upon reading reviews I felt comfortable making the investment for 4 days three nights. After arriving to the property upon entering it was not at all what I had imagined. The pictures make it look so luxurious. First, they left no welcome package IE: information on things to do places to eat etc... It was dirty from the previous guests, dog hair everywhere, wet stains on the couch, finger prints all over the microwave etc. The master bed was a solid rock!!! The bedding is horrible, one sheet and the extremely thin coverlet. We had to wash the blanket on the couch that smelled like wet dog to sleep with. The furniture in the main living space is horrible like a college dorm room. It is not suitable for families. Two swivel office chairs and a flimsy 2 seater like couch. Did not even go near the hot tub! The owner did apologize stating the previous guests had disrespected thier home. Clearly it was not ready for new guests. Also, the cleaning service had the audacity to leave a tip envelope! We stay in vrbo's all of the time by far this was the worst! The outdoor space was amazing but that's about it. So disappointing! Money NOT well spent! Wish someone wrote an honest review on this property. Also not as secluded as expected.

Rejuvenation Stay

Staying at the Chalet was perfect. It was just what we were looking for. I did have a problem getting up the loose gravel hill. I contacted the host and they so kindly offered to send help. The cell reception was not great so it was a delay in communicating. Nothing major. I called roadside again cellular communications werent great. Luckly a local guy assisted and advised you need to go around 20miles per hour up the loose gravel hill to reach the top. I was a bit nervous as my jeep did slide sort of fishtailed a bit but we made it! Then the code I had didnt work! No problem the host got me in within 5 minutes! Thankful for the wifi password. Lovely home we spent most of our time outside. All the furniture is rather low to ground so if you're tall keep that in mind. The grocery store is about 5 miles away and instacart delivered groceries to the cabin with no issues. Loved the swing and hot tub but i wished they were screened in. We didnt use the outdoor fire pit as we were following all rules but there was other things in it and i didnt want to clean it. We did use the outdoor fireplace but the wood we bought wouldnt burn which was a bummer. The property is close to another cabin but we only had neighbors the last couple of days. I didnt like there werent blinds or curtains to the windows. Love the masterbath shower but the bathmat should be replaced. Asap it looks unclean. While on the swing bed a white possum came my way so hightailed it inside lol. Amazing getaway.
