Property was exactly as described- the location was great. The views from the lanai were perfect and we enjoyed watching the sea turtles in the water below. We would definitely recommend this property.

What a lovely location! Crashing surf with turtles frollicking, beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. Large Lanai with comfortable chairs. The pool was lovely. The condo is a little bit sea salt worn from being so close to the ocean, but otherwise comfortable and well equipped. Bed was soft but comfortable. AC was nice and cold when you wanted it to be. The hosts were available but not intrusive. Overall a delightful experience!

Excellent location, cute condo & fabulous views!Ocean sounds can be quite noisy when the weather is bad. Parking is generally available, but spaces are very tight for larger cars.

Location location location

We were staying at this place for our honeymoon and I couldn’t ask for a better place. The location was marvelous. You are essentially right on the water and can hear the waves crashing at night. The interiors were well kept modern and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! You won't find a nicer location in Kauai!!! It's private, quiet (except for the noise of the waves), clean and complete paradise!!! If you aren't a pool person, the beach is a quick 10 minute walk along with restaurants and bars.We had friends stop by that rented elsewhere because it was cheaper and they repeatedly said what a mistake it was going with the cheaper price - you pay a bit more but it's worth EVERY cent!Great communication from owners and rental company - no complaints at all.

The location was outstanding. The condo itself is very dated. The lanai was a disappointment because the railing is falling apart, and the chairs are falling apart. One of the windows in the living room couldn’t get opened. The front door is so warped you have to kick it into open it. The pool was wonderful.

Just book it!

The property was easy to locate. The property managers were very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The condo is right on the water and the waves were crashing all day. Lots of water life to watch from turtles and dolphins to whales. Loved all of it!

Paradise

This place is amazing. It is in a great location. Perfect for taking walks. Poipu beach is just minutes away. There is a hiking trail that takes you to caves and a hidden beach. It comes with a private deck that is shared with the condo next door. No need to schedule a whale watching tour. You can watch whales breach all day long. The deck overhangs the water below. There are turtles, fish, crabs, all kinds of sea life that is easily visible. Don’t waste your time looking for other places to stay. This place is perfect.
