Stunning 8th floor unit BEACH FRONT, tastefully renovated, new furniture and appliances, with large balcony to enjoy the BEST SUNSET IN THE COUNTRY!

Perfect LOCATION on the “quite end” of PCB, combining a relaxed environment, while 5-10 min drive from all the main city activities, including shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment.

Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 fee per reservation for one parking permit and pool wristbands.

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
