We understand how disappointing it is to deal with crowded amenities, long elevator waits, difficult parking, and interactions that don’t feel welcoming, especially when you’re on vacation. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive expecting a comfortable vacation and instead encounter cleanliness concerns, maintenance problems, and especially a refrigerator failure that resulted in your groceries spoiling. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We also apologize that you were not kept properly informed about the maintenance visit and the status of the refrigerator. We understand how important clear communication is, particularly when an issue affects your food and daily use of the condo. The placement of the backup refrigerator also should have been handled more thoughtfully to avoid interfering with the dining area. Your comments regarding the comforters, floors, walls, mirror, garbage disposal, and flickering light are being taken seriously as well. This is not the standard of cleanliness and functionality we want our guests to experience, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so they can be addressed. We’re glad you were able to enjoy the fantastic view, but we recognize that the view does not make up for the hardships you experienced. We’re genuinely sorry we fell short during your stay and appreciate your honest feedback.
