Nice place to stay and a great location. Walkable neighborhood w lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and close to Westminster University. The house itself was great. Tall people might want to know that some of the ceilings/beams/doorways in the basement are rather low.

The property was as described, cute and clean and perfect for our purpose. The U was a quick 10 minute drive which made it a great home base for Parent’s Weekend adventures for 3 sets of U parents. Will definitely keep on our list for return visits.

SLC Christmas

We travelled to SLC to celebrate Christmas as a family. The accommodations were great. We loved the location, easy and enjoyable to walk to Sugar house for shops and restaurants.

Modest Perfection

We had a very pleasant stay. The house’s modest street presence belies a roomy, well appointed interior of four comfortable bedrooms, sizable common areas, two bathrooms, front and rear outdoor sitting areas, and fenced back yard. It is set in a quiet neighborhood of well maintained bungalows and mature trees only a few blocks from restaurants, grocers, book stores, and parks. It was perfect for us.

Overall, great rental. The place was clean with everything you need to be comfortable. Really great location as well in Sugar House. However the hot tub was kinda if an issue - it was dirty, water was low and cold - essentially nonfunctional. Don’t think I would have booked if that was the case. I did reach out to the host, but not a lot of follow through resulted from it. A little disappointing, but really, the rental itself was great.

Hi Ken - so sorry about the hottub. Since your stay was only 1 night and I was tied up I wasn't able to get there. The previous guest left it half drained and turned off. With it being an electric inflatable hottub, it takes 2-3 days for it to get to temp. I would have refunded some money but in your text you said it wasn't a big deal. So sorry for the confusion 😕

Great location

Really enjoyed staying in the Sugar House neighborhood. Could walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Ski resorts are 35-45 minutes away.Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable arrangement. Good communication with property manager. Overall great stay. Would recommend.

Great location and Clean Property

My son had a tennis tournament and we needed a place in a central location to drive to the different tennis courts. This place is perfectly located near sugar house park and liberty park, near restaurants and shops. It was clean, spacious, updated, and great back yard fornthe dogs. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather. Owner was communicative and we really enjoyed pur time. I will book it again

Perfect Home Base for Visiting SLCThis home was an ideal choice for our visit to Salt Lake City, nestled in a quiet and charming neighborhood. A few of us parents rented the property while in town to see our college students, and it exceeded expectations.The location was excellent—close to the stadium, Sugar House, great coffee shops, and restaurants. It’s rare to find a four-bedroom home with this much space, and it comfortably accommodated all of us.The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We all decided we'll keep it on our list to stay for next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The home comfortably accommodated our family, including my husband and me, our newborn son, my in-laws, and our three dogs. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and we appreciated how welcoming and family-friendly the property was. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families traveling with pets.
