Luxury first floor condo in a brilliantly designed, quality built, quiet all masonry, nine unit boutique building. Great family beach block neighborhood. Professionally decorated 1500 sq. ft. corner unit with plentiful glass. Huge state of the art gourmet kitchen, panoramic great room, three bedrooms (sleeps eight), two baths, private laundry, and two ideally located parking spaces. Large covered corner porch with beach view. Flat Screens, ceiling fans, elevator. Beautiful guarded beach. Two blocks south of the boardwalk, and six blocks south of the convention center. Vacation Rental Amenities State of the art kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances. Master bedroom with flat screen, private bath and direct porch access. Tile Baths, Sleeping accommodations (2) Queen, (1) twin 1 double. , sleeper sofa queen. Flat screens with Comcast, DVD. Microwave, coffee pot, blender, Washer and dryer.
Activities and Attractions: Beautiful free access full time guarded beach.
Linens are not provided. Guests must bring linens and towels.
There may be extra linens at the property when you arrive.
Laundry room in unit.

Must Rent Full Weeks Saturday to Saturday From June till September.

Great location for the beach, boardwalk and other activities. I stayed at this building prior, different unit, and this was the nicest unit. Entire family enjoyed our stay.

Wildwood Crest summer vacation

The condo is spacious and feels very comfortable. The balcony is a great place for coffee, drinks and conversation. Convenient location, only two blocks from the beach! Definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Wildwood crest beach trip

Convenient location. Walk to the beach! Walk to the boardwalk, bike everywhere, close to restaurants and shops. Open concept living area, nice size bedrooms, two bathrooms. Very comfortable. Plus access to storage unit- nice bonus, very helpful. Balcony to sit and relax. Made the trip more enjoyable and relaxing.

Summary

Everything was great, a few things to improve on: there were no shower mats in the shower, we went to lowes bought a couple shower mats. Everything else was as described. Some of the ads say 2.5 baths there are only 2. Unit is clean, well maintained and great for a family vacation. Would prefer either 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom or a full. Bunk beds are out of date and out of style.

The property was clean, up to date, conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of room for our needs. We liked the added used of the storage shed for beach items and appreciated the added security. Plenty of room for board games on the one rainy day we had. There was a distance beeping noise all week that could be heard out in the common hall all week. However, once in the condo unit with door closed, you could not hear it. Sounded like the noise was from a distance unit in the building somewhere. This did not negatively affect our stay in any way.

Only hiccup was bunk beds instead of two twins. Bunk beds had twin on top and double on bottom but we are always prepared and were able make the sheets work. LOL Otherwise our stay was great! Loved the location! The unit was very nice and spacious.
