Beautiful Gulf & Bay Views 3 Bed/ 2 bath condo, walk to the beach, Free WiFi. One of a kind renovated upscale condo I just 5–10-minute walk to gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor State Park. Relax and enjoy the amazing sunsets and views of the marina and bay from the balcony.
This spacious open floor plan is over 1600 sq. ft featuring dining table for 6 guests. Enjoy the oversized lanai balcony equipped with additional dining for 4 guests. The primary suite also has private entrance to lanai. Gulf Breeze amenities include; heated swimming pool, barbecue area, tennis & pickleball, fishing areas, and boat docks available for lease with direct access to the Gulf. Once you're on the beach, kayak, paddleboard, and canoe rentals are close at hand.

On a 1 to 10, this property was a 10. The owner was wonderful to work with. Very flexible. Very clean place. Large bedrooms. Master bath was very large. 10 minute walk to the beach. They had a beach wagon, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. Everything you would need to have a great time on the beach. That said, the pool was wonderful also. Great parking. Very relaxed. Great security. About 20 - 25 minute drive to downtown Naples. I can't say enough great things about our experience. I know where I want to stay next time we go to Naples area.

Condo was very nice. Location was great- walk to Bluebill Beach, close to gym and restaurants.Condo complex had heated pool, boating dock, pickle ball courts. Owners were very nice and responded quickly to messages and questions.Great place to stay.
