Great Home Base for Golf Trip

Great spot for a girl's weekend

We very much enjoyed staying at this great space. We used the ping pong table and the kayaks, the pool and the hot-tub. It was centrally located. All clean and in good working order.

Perfect vacation spot.

I stayed here for a week with two friends and it was the perfect spot for a vacation. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very nice pool which was very comfortable to swim in. The house is very clean and has lots of windows with a great view of the sunset. Quiet, safe street and lots of outdoor living area which is screened in. Will stay here again the next time I'm in Naples.

Pros- Great location with close proximity to beaches, great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable accommodation with nice spa and pool. Cons - Pool is solar heated and does not get warm enough to use even with 5 days of 85+ degrees in April... may be fine in the dead of summer but not very useable in the spring.

Family wedding in Naples

Thanks to Gina for making our stay so terrific. We had our children and spouses together for a family wedding. The house was perfect for hanging out and sharing time together. Comfortable and easy are the best two words to describe it. Two thumbs up.

Enjoyable, clean resort-like feel

Exactly what you expect for a place in the Naples/Bonita Springs area. Unfortunately we couldn't stay as long as we wanted but the short stay was excellent. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, large lawn next to the home and access to the small dock and water. Inside the home was wonderful as well. Clean, spacious, updated where it needed to be. The block was very cute and very private. Hard to believe we were as close as we were to the busy Rt. 41. We will be back and we hope we can stay longer.

Lovely beach home, great for family

We stayed at Casa de Coco for our family's Christmas getaway. It was perfect for our needs. While we ended up not using the pool or hot tub, having the option was nice. There were a couple of intense ping pong matches though. Point is, plenty to do to keep folks entertained. It's nicely located, not too far from Barefoot Beach and Delnor-Wiggins. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Gina was also very responsive to our questions. I definitely recommend Casa de Coco.

Wonderful Amenities

The house provided a good range of amenities to be used for our stay which was great and appreciated. The house and set up was beautiful as well as comfortable. The pool was too cold for us to use and we found out on arrival that we had to pay to use the hot tub per day (for electricity) so we did not end up using it - but had a nice time relaxing on the porch and fishing from the dock. The owner was very helpful and reached out to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. Would love to rent again in the future - it was a perfect size for the 3 of us.

This house is loaded with everything to have fun

My family &I were looking for a home close to our favorite beach Vanderbilt and all the yummy restaurants in Naples. WOW! This house is located next to everything. My kids spent all day in the pool and spa and it was great we could watch them from the home. We also used the boat dock to kayak that was lots of fun. The house was very clean and had comfortable furniture and new linens and towels. Absolutely will book this property for out next return visit to Naples. Thank you Gina for quickly responding to all of our questions you were so available and helpful.

Amazing Property

We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs in Florida and this was the nicest house we've stayed in. The house is very well taken care of. It was very clean when we arrived and the check-in process was very easy. Gina was very communicative and helpful with our questions. The kitchen was well stocked and there were basic supplies(toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap) there to get us started. The outdoor area was what makes this house so great. The upper deck has comfortable seating as well a very nice dining area. Downstairs, the pool is huge. There is an abundance of comfortable seating as well as a large dining area. We loved the ping pong table and Baggo. There were kayaks but we didn't use them. My son and husband loved fishing from the dock. The entire back area is screened in which kept it very clean and free of bugs. We spent most of our time out there! I highly recommend this home.

«Casa de Coco» vacation home review

Generally speaking, the location is great and close to beaches and shopping. North Naples is a great place to stay. This was our first time rent of the «Casa de Coco». The photos on the website look very inviting. From our point of view, the price-performance ratio was not satisfactory. We chose this house mainly for its location and the hot tub. However, the hot tub could only be used during the last three days of our twelve-day stay due to a broken spa heater. The pool looked a bit cloudy upon our arrival. The owner assured us that someone would come to clean it, but that the water was fine and had already been treated, so we could use it. One of the showers couldn’t be used for two days as only cold water came out. The plumber spent a couple of hours trying to fix it. He made a great effort, but afterward, it was not possible to control the water heat, only hot water came out. The plumber had to come again and fix it. The pool deck was not really clean, walking barefoot around the pool left our feet with a greyish tint. When sitting on the veranda, the noise oft he nearby US 41 was a little disturbing. All in all, the cleanliness oft he house left something to be desired.

Short Family getaway

Communication with the owner was great. We had asked if we could check in a little earlier, just to drop off some of our stuff. She said it was not a problem. Location of the house was great, North end of Naples. We walked in and the house was a bit dirty. But then we saw the cleaner arrive and said they were late that day due to an emergency. We quickly unloaded a few things and got out of their way. We came back at check in time and they were still cleaning. We did our best to stay out of their way so they could finish. When they left, things were still in the dryer and washing machine. I told the owner so she knows that I would fold everything but will leave it there so they can put the rest of the stuff away after we left. The owner was great and said we could check out later, which ended working out since our kids like to sleep in. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table. We had some great family time. Thank you again.

Home away from home

My family and I stayed at this home the last week in January 2024. The home was well kept with newer appliances and enough space for the 6 of us for a week. We have 4 children ages 7-15. There was something for everyone in this home, so much so that we spent a lot of time there just making memories together! The heated pool and hot tub we a favorite! The ping pong table was a family favorite for the evenings. I was able to do laundry there and we were able to have family sit down meals frequently. We were minutes away from a Publix grocery store and Walmart (and McDonalds). This was very convenient! U turns are legal (and expected) on the nearby highway which is a change from Wisconsin driving so that was different for us in getting around. There is a quint souvenir shop at the end of the road owned by the nicest man that I highly recommend visiting! We got a lot of nice Naples memorabilia there. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is on a street that overlooks a canal and has a pier. Hurricane Ian was the topic of a lot of locals there yet and we heard many stories of damage and rebuiliding. The neighbors always waved when we went by. We spent our days visiting beaches. We were up early shelling. The house is close to numerous beaches. We visited 4 different beaches while we were there. Wiggins was the family favorite and was 10 min away. The owners were easy to communicate with and we were able to check in early without issue. Highly recommend this home!!

My husband and I are originally from California and Oregon. We have made Naples our second home. Hope to be able to spend more time here. Our second grandchild was recently born in Oregon so lots of air miles in our future.

3 bedrooms, 2 bath stilt home in North Naples just minutes to the beaches of Vanderbilt and Barefoot; located directly on the water with a heated pool, inground spa plus a boat dock with Gulf of Mexico access.
The 1st level features an over-sized 2 car garage with a 1,000 square foot screened-in lanai with a large pool and separate spa. There are 2 outdoor dining tables, lounge chairs, and a gas grill; perfect for entertaining family and friends.
Up the stairs to the 2nd level is an over-sized wooden deck with ample seating options that include an outdoor living room set, a bar area with a serving window that opens to the kitchen and a wall of sliding glass doors that opens to the living room and dining room; perfect for letting the outdoors in. The deck area provides spectacular water views and amazing sunsets as the rear of the home faces due west.
The home is decorated in a casual elegance with soft, warm neutral tones. The great room features hardwood flooring and high vaulted ceilings. 

The living room is decorated with comfortable seating which includes 2 couches, armchair and leather ottomans. Entertainment armoire with a flat screen tv, DVD player, and surround sound system complete with exterior speakers. The dining room table is a unique piece with a driftwood table stand, glass top and 6 chairs. Fully equipped spacious kitchen with all kitchenware and cookware, perfect for dining alfresco. The laundry room is located off of the kitchen with full size washer and dryer. The master suite is separated from the guest rooms by a hallway, offering privacy and is furnished with a king bed, luxury linens, a flat screen tv, private bath with a walk in shower and a walk in closet.
Guest bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen bed and guest room 2 has two twin beds. Each of the guest bedrooms have a closet and share a hall bath that has a tub/shower combination. All three bedrooms have the most comfortable beds, quality linens, pillows and carpet.

The indoors flow to the outdoors. The living room wall of glass opens to the large lanai with pool, spa, river view and out towards the gulf. This home is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping in a very natural setting with mangroves in your backyard; very peaceful and quiet. Iguanas, river otters and manatees are common visitors to the home =)
Excellent fishing right from your own private boat dock.

Boat, kayak or paddle (kayak rentals across the road) to the Gulf of Mexico through a natural river setting filled with abundant wildlife. Then relax in the spa under the palm trees or have a party at the huge poolside lanai with expansive views of the tropical landscaping and river.
