Villa Harmonia Provides Its Guests The Opportunity To Relax In Absolute Serenity

Villa Harmonia is situated on a 1,000 sq.m. land. It can host up to 5 people and is 95 sq.m. with two bedrooms and two verandas. This luxury villa provides on the main floor two commodiously bedrooms; the first with a double bed and the second with single beds. Using the internal stairs you get to the upper floor consisted of the relaxing living room and the fully equipped kitchen. All villas are furnished and decorated in style. Only a breath away from it are found by-the-beach traditional restaurants that serve fresh fish and traditional cuisine, as well as lively cafes and bars where you can enjoy your favorite cocktails. You can visit the nearby bakeries where you can find daily-made bread among other traditional delicacies and shops for your grocery shopping and other home supplies at walking distance.

We have umbrellas and sunbeds in EXO beach-bar and restaurant where you can also have breakfast, lunch or dinner

We are a family who like to travel and see things. Olympus is far away, but further lots to see in 2

We loved the house, pool and 4 terraces. The distance to the beach was not far, oké for us. Unfortunately there was no space to wash our clothes in the neighborhood, so I had to do that by hand (after 2 weeks of travel). Airco in the bedrooms was terrific. In short good price for what you get.

Schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz, Küchenherd funktioniert kaum, keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Angenehmer Pool. Achtung, entgegen der Beschreibung sind die Liegen in der Strandbar nicht im Preis inbegriffen für Mieter.

Très bon séjour

Logement bien placé, au calme. Très belle vue sur la mer de la grande Terryet le matin nous avons vu des dauphins. Les lits sont confortables. Piscine très agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour Maison agréable Proche de la mer Le snack bar EXO tenu par le propriétaire est très bien. Bémol cependant sur la communication et sur le fait que les draps ne sont pas changés durant les deux semaines du séjour

Nach einer Woche wurde erst auf unsere Nachfrage die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt Keine Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen Müllbeutel mussten wir selber kaufen Geschirr und Besteck ist genau abgezählt vorhanden, Kochen ist nur in begrenztem Umfang möglich Im Bad war vermutlich der Abfluss verstopft, so dass das Wasser nicht abfliessen konnte Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, nah zum Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden und gute Restaurants, überall Fliegengitter vorhanden

Tolle Lage, geringe Küchenausstattung

Hervorzuheben ist die Lage im Ort mit mehreren Tavernen und Bars in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die Beachbar mit Schirmen und Liegen direkt gegenüber ist empfehlenswert, jedoch an Wochenenden gibt es keine Plätze mehr. Die Küchenausstattung des Hauses ist sehr spärlich, zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Der blick von der Terrasse ist hervorragend. Die Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern sind sehr leise.

End-of-Season Vacation

We visited at the end of season. Which was a good decision in terms of a more silence and a good possibility of recreation in Korfos. The house is nice so far, when else the bath as well as the toilet needs to be freshed up. In the sink was some black dirt. The toilet seat does not fit on the toilet and the shower has no possibility to hang up. The shower curtain is hanging on some hooks only. The inventory is not fitting to the description. We did not really miss it but... no microwave, no water cooker, no iron. The cooking equipment is more than rare. So, we did not cook. Finally, due to late season first cold nights. There are (washable) blankets (white inlets). But: They were dirty. We decided not to use them. The pool is nice as big enough for good exercise. The pool lounger for the house is comfortable but a towel should be used. The Exo is nice and the food is recommended. The sea was warm and clear.

Toller Meerblick & Pool

Wir haben die Zeit als Familie sehr genossen, besonders den Pool fanden wir perfekt und der tolle Meerblick vom Balkon war sehr schön. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und das Meer traumhaft und so schön warm und die kostenlose Benutzung der Strandliegen und des Sonnenschirmes von der EXO Strandbar ist wirklich sehr angenehm. Der kleine Ort ist schön und auch abends ist die EXO Strand Bar sehr gemütlich und alle sind wirklich nett. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage funktioniert und das war bei der Hitze sehr gut. Giannis war sehr nett und obwohl wir verspätet anreisten war das alles kein Problem für Ihn, da waren wir ihm sehr Dankbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Beautiful Korfos

A very spacious villa with air-con and several large airy terraces. On the edge of Korfos, a very pretty but small Greek village. So helpful to have free sun beds in Exo Beach bar, other beach bars also lovely. A small number of restaurants, all right by the sea, lovely! The shared pool for the Villa was really nice but could on occasion (mainly weekends) be rather too busy. There was always the beach though. The Villa fairly basically equipped but mostly adequate although only one wineglass ……would have also been nice to have fresh towels & bed linens at least once during our two week stay. Giannis was a very helpful host. Please note there is no cash point, taxi or car hire in the village. Had a lovely relaxing holiday, would recommend for a lazy restful break.

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, tolle Lage

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Besonders, wegen der heißen Jahreszeit war der Pool perfekt. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten wunderbar. Alles nötige zum Kochen ist vorhanden. Von den großen Terrassen hat man einen schönen Blick. Sobald man seinen Perfektionismus abgelegt hat und entspannt, stören auch die kleinen Mängel nicht mehr, es ist eben griechische Lockerheit, die man ja eigentlich auch sucht. Yannis ist gut organisiert und viel beschäftigt, aber sofort zur Stelle, wenn man etwas braucht. Gerne wieder in diesem hübschen ruhigen Ort.

Villa Harmonia mit einigen Mängeln

Vorab: Die Villa Harmonia befindet sich NICHT in direkter Strandlage. Der Strand ist zwar nur ca. 150 m entfernt aber eben nicht direkt am Objekt. Dies ist schade, wenn man dieses Kriterium bei der Suchfunktion des Urlaubsdomizils verwendet. Korfos ist ein netter Urlaubsort mit schönen Tavernen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem tollen (Kies)-Strand. Die Anlage der Villa Harmonia ist schön, die Wohnung großzügig und stylisch. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick über die Bucht. Leider sind aber einige Dinge zu bemängeln. Mehrere Lichter und Lampen der Wohnung funktionierten nicht, zwei von vier Kochplatten waren defekt, an der Tür zur Toilette fehlte das Schloss, am Pool waren die zur Wohnung gehörigen Sonnenschirme defekt und entsorgt worden. Vermieter Giannis ist auch gleichzeitig der Eigentümer (?) des stylischen Beach-Clubs „Exo“. Dies ist einerseits schön, da man hier dann die Strandliegen kostenlos nutzen kann. Andererseits scheint Giannis sich aber wenig Zeit zur Pflege seiner Wohnungen und Betreuung seiner Gäste zu nehmen, was sehr schade ist. So mussten wir die gesamte Urlaubszeit, obwohl reklamiert, mit den Mängeln zu recht kommen.

À privilégier pour une courte halte

La maison est située dans une résidence , les équipements sont un peu justes mais il y a de quoi subsister quelques jours . La situation géographique n’est pas optimale pour se déplacer dans la région car enclavée. La piscine de la résidence est très bien , la plage à proximité par contre n’est pas terrible.

Trevligt och fräscht hus

Huset var över förväntan, riktigt fräscht och rent, prydligt ordnat. Dock kunde duschen vara bättre med till exempel draperi el dyl. Lugnt område med närhet till havet och caféer.

Bien mais pouvait être largement mieux

Maison très agréable mais il manque plusieurs éléments essentiels (ampoules dans plusieurs pièces, piles dans la télécommande, ustensiles cuisine...). Le plus gros manque était l’eau chaude (disjoncteur non armé). Aucune réponse à nos mails de la part du propriétaire qui habite pourtant sur les lieux... Pour les points forts : la piscine, la vue magnifique sur la mer, les terrasses, la climatisation.

Vakantiewoning is mooi gelegen, goeie uitvalsbasis voor verschillende bezoeken. Hier en daar zijn enige minpuntjes zoals kookfornuis dat niet goed werkt, lampen zonder lamp, ... Zwembad heeft slechts 8 ligbedden maar gelukkige was het nog niet te druk . Leuk dat we gratis ligbedden konden reserveren aan Exo -beachbar...heel gezellige bar, bedden staan op ruime afstand en je kan er lekker chillen en eten...

Villa harmonia korfos

Très bon séjour à Korfos... jolie petite station balnéaire qui mériterait d’être plus connue (elle n’est pas citée dans les guides) avec petite boutique et restos. Il manquerait peut être des activités nautiques comme du paddle ou du canoë... Quant à la villa, elle était très propre, pratique pour des vacances à 4, calme. La piscine était grande, bien aménagée et nous étions pratiquement seuls tout le temps. Peut être que la vaisselle manquait un peu dans la villa. Il n’y a pas de barbecue. Mais les vacances furent tout de même excellentes. Propriétaire avenant.

Schöne Anlage

Hier wohnt man am Südende von Korfos, nur 100m vom Meer entfernt. Der Pool ist super und lädt immer zu einer Abkühlung ein. Das Haus selber ist für 4 Personen optimal. Ausstattung und Wartung könnten etwas besser sein ... aber man ist eben in Griechenland, da muss nicht immer alles funktionieren ...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist ein Traum. Die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind groß. Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Die Lage sehr nahe zum Strand ist ideal. Die kostenlose Benutzung der Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme von der EXO Strand Bar ist sehr angenehm. Das Meer am Kies Strand ist sehr sauber. Es empfiehlt sich Badeschuhe wegen dem Kies am Strand. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im September.
