About Andrew & Courtney Spiwak
Andrew and Courtney are native Houstonians and high school sweethearts who live in the Sugar Land area with their three children.
Andrew & Courtney Spiwak purchased this House in 2012
Why Andrew & Courtney Spiwak chose Canyon Lake
Andrew & Courtney are natives of the Houston area and both loved to visit Canyon Lake during trips to the Hill Country as kids. They wanted to share their childhood memories of water skiing, boating and swimming in the lake, hiking and visiting surrounding attractions with their children and with others. This property has fantastic views of the lake and sunsets and is close to the attractions.
What makes this House unique
These two houses are about 300 feet apart and set on 3 secluded acres. Minutes from civilization but you feel like you are in your own world surrounded by nature and a cove. A spring fed creek behind one of the houses leads to a stocked pond. A nest of bald eagles is easily seen by the fishing pond.

Outstanding area and cabins
We greatly enjoyed our visit. The area had access to everything we needed. Thank you.
Another successful Christmas vacation!
This was our third consecutive Christmas at Eagle’s Cove. Need I say anymore?
We stayed in the cabins in the early part of July and had a great time. It was wonderful to be away from all the business of life and just relax with family. We saw wildlife that we don't normally see in the southern part of Texas. The two cabins were just right for four families with young children. The cabins were clean and all the appliances work.
Kitchen and bathroom amenities were provided for, and all we had to bring were our groceries. We loved the fact that there were washers and dryers in the cabins, and we went home with clean laundry. Our only regard was that it was a short stay. Hopefully next time it will be a longer stay.
It was the best place for what my family wanted in our trip. The eagles nest was an awesome site as was the water and deer every morning. Would absolutely recommend staying here and enjoying the quietness of nature.
We were very impressed, no complaints whatsoever!
We had such an amazing time for our first family reunion at Eagles Cove. We did find the Eagles nest. It was huge. The homes were very comfortable and clean. Andrew and Courtney left a lovely bottle of wine in each home. We used both fire pits. We were able to view fireworks from around the lake. We played in the water and tubed the local rivers. We also visited Wimberley, where our family ranch was. Many great memories were made for the Smith Family at Eagles Cove! We hope to return again some day. Thank you so much Andrew and Courtney ❤️
The property was perfect! The view and homes were very nice!
Our family gathering ws definitely one to remember! The homes were very nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the location, the views were priceless and the seclusion from other homes was also ideal! We re already planning our next stay! Can't wait to be back
