Great location- a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Tammy had everything we needed from towels, shampoo to beach chairs and beach umbrella. The only thing I would have liked is a box fan- even with the AC on, it still was warm in the bedroom. Other than that- a perfect place to stay for my sister and me!

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for! Was a 2 minute walk to the beach, which was right across the street. Two minutes walk to The Reef and Dockside Dave's which are great restaurants in the area!The place was incredibly cozy & clean! Beds were comfortable & was stocked with all the essentials one could need! I was also very happy with the price we paid for the week, as it was affordable compared to all of the other properties on Maderia Beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

There was a hiccup when checking in because I didn’t know the condo number (it’s 4) and the door code listed in the instructions was incorrect. It took about 15-20 minutes for me to get a response and get in, but after that everything was great! The place had everything we needed and more, including a beach cart with chairs that we used every day. There were plenty of towels and toiletries too. The place was walking distance to the beach and in a great location, I would highly recommend!

Tammy really thought of everything from gifts upon arrival, a handwritten note, an extra item in the bathroom, clear instructions for the electronics, and even beach items. My daughter and I loved our stay and plan to return! It's so easy to walk to the beach, get your Diet Coke at Speedway (maybe that's just me), and enjoy a full day at the beach. We walked to restaurants, got ice cream, and drove for several other excursions. Tammy's place is so comfortable and cozy! The kitchen is well equipped and the entire place is professionally decorated. We were honored to be the first guests and Tammy was so responsive, checking in with us to give us advice, check on us, and make sure we had everything we needed. The beach cart, chairs, and umbrella made our stay even better! The beds were comfortable and the lighting throughout the house was a great touch. I encourage others to choose this location!

I chose that neighborhood because it is very close to the beach, has many amenities, has a 24-hour gas station on the same corner, and is very quiet and safe.

What makes this property unique

My property stands out from the rest. It is in a good location, two minutes from the beach, and it is decorated the way I would like my guests to feel when I travel. I have tried to think of all the needs of my guests so that their vacation is totally relaxing for them and they feel at home. I am always attentive to their needs, and I like to give them recommendations of places where we ourselves go to eat that are very good recommendations.
