This special place is nested in a tranquil area and close to many points of interest, making it a perfect beach stay.

You will enjoy majestic sunrise views from the beach, access to shopping, entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants, live music, water sports, bike paths, and Hollywood Beach's famous Broadwalk nearly 2.5 miles along.

Please contact us for options should you have more guests than the limit for this unit.

You will have access to the entire place., including:

- 2 Queen beds, 1 Full sofa bed.
- 1 kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, sink, coffee machine, etc.; and
- 1 cozy dining/living room.

This unit is connected to another unit by a locked interior door, similar to hotels with connecting rooms.
Both units are fully private, with separate entrances and no shared spaces.
The door is always locked on both sides and cannot be accessed by guests in either unit.

This reservation includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away.

The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking.

The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks).

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area.

The 3B unit was excellent, recently remodeled with good use of space and very clean. The host had on site management, and was really responsive. It was steps from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood and a 1/2 mile to the boardwalk. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely stay there again!!

We had a great stay at this property! All the amenities we needed were included. Loved the patio and the pool area and the short walk to the beach. We highly recommend this and would stay again! We stayed for a few days at Beach #3. The apartment was as advertised. It’s not big but it worked well for our family of four. Very cute decor. It was clean. It was stocked enough to make breakfast and lunch in the apartment.They had beach chairs, towels, and beach toys available for the kids. It is literally seconds to get to the beach which we loved. The property was well kept. We felt secure. Kids loved the pool after being at the beach.They are located an easy walk from the Hollywood Beach boardwalk which has a lot of shops, restaurants, and bars. There were several grocery stores within a couple of miles as well.

The views were amazing and the beach was a short walk from the place.Overall when you enter it's a really pleasant entry, bathroom to the right and your greeted with the beds in the front. This is setup like a hotel room but refined with a kitchen. Beds are firm memory foam mattresses and comfortable for a big guy like me. Enough room to split the bed with family as mine split and the eldest teenager slept on the couch.Place is equipped with 2 TVs which are all smart capable for streaming shows on a rainy day.The kitchen is quaint, but let's be honest you're not coming here to stay inside, you're coming for the beach. The kitchen covers the basic, microwave, fridge, hot plate for the stove, and a basic sink you'd find in an RV. No food disposal, so don't dump food down the sink... Be sure to dispose of it!The pool is perfect for a cooled dip but it's so hot outside it's warm! Very nice aesthetic and plenty of pool toys and noodles for the weak swimmers.Beach and S ocean drive is great! Beach is a short 2min walk. With plenty if things to do. Be sure to wake up early to see a sunrise.End of the day, I would stay here again.Only gripe, just a basic Window AC unit that doesn't get through the whole place, so run the fans to circulate the air!

It’s very clean. The bathroom light was unusable I had to use my cell phone that morning as the light. The towels were like sandpaper, the beach towels were better. One of the surge protectors sparked when we used it. Beds were not comfortable, they look like Murphy beds with thin mattresses. We just slept there so it served the purpose. The directions for where it was was confusing so we walked around in the rain around building until we found it. (We did let the owner know who said bathroom and plug were going to be fixed) we thought we would get there earlier and able go over to beach but unfortunately didn’t have time. I wouldn’t want to spend a lot of time here. You can hear the apartment next door, they had a dog, and were moving stuff late into the night.

Cozy yet Spacious!

My family loved this apartment. We could see the beach from the back balcony and could stroll down to sit and have morning coffee. This area of homes is very peaceful and serene. The boardwalk was only a short distance away. The unit itself is set up to allow each guest their own privacy and space! We were so impressed by the layout, the fully stocked coffee stations, and plenty of beach and bath towels! The hosts were also very accommodating and helpful. It was perfect and we can’t wait to come back!

This is a good location.Just one block off of the beach. No beach views. About 1/2mile from boardwalk and restaurants. Very safe area. Lots of people walking around the area at all times. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Really nice full kitchen. Beds were comfy. Lots of shower and pool towels. We only had one beach chair for the two of us. But you might be able to request another one. There is absolutely no early check in here. If so, there is a charge and it must be in writing beforehand. Also, the door that connects to the room next door although it is locked and private, You can hear every conversation from the room next door. The people next to us were up chatting and having a good time until 330am. They weren't partying or anything, it's just that the door is so thin that you can hear every word, so not great for sleeping.

Great location and amenities for family stay

Great layout with multiple spaces allowing for kids to sleep while adults could stay up later. Full kitchen and two bathrooms very convenient, plus another kitchen. Location was fantastic, very close to the beach as indicated. Pool was clean and well maintained. Communication with host via VRBO app was very easy and responsive, they were very amenable to our requests (e.g. needing playpen for infant to sleep in). Parking spot on site reserved for the unit. Four televisions, folding camp chairs, towels, Keurig coffee machine, two microwaves. Had a technical issue (broken doorknob on one bathroom) which they came to fix the next day, very much appreciated. Liked that this is a "noise restrictions" neighborhood. Publix supermarket 15 minute walk, Hollywood Broadwalk 15 minute walk with lots of restaurants. We recommend Mermaid Queen. Padrion's Cuban Restaurant a short 10 minute drive, Anne Kolk nature park 15 minute drive. And free. ArtPark a 15 minute drive, they often have events. 25 minute drive to/from airport. Some feedback on the unit - some mattresses were better than others. Main bathroom could use a new coat of paint. While generally very clean on arrival, floors were a bit dirty. The pictures were accurate, but a few of them are reverse imaged. Overall, it does have a very nice beach apartment feel in a very safe neighborhood, we would stay there again.
