This place is a winner! Would definitely go back again. With underground parking to chairs and umbrella on the beach included, you can’t ask for more. The kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything you will need. Communication with the host was fast and easy and the view and walkout beach access are spectacular.

This was such a great spot! We will definitely stay here again! Everything was clean, and the view was amazing! The private parking space was so convenient! On the quieter end of PCB But Central to restaurants and entertainment. The host was very responsive, and it was truly a wonderful vacation! We had two adults and four kids and everyone was comfortable!

Great location. Steps to the beach. Parking is steps from the elevators. Amazing view. Beautiful pools. Large balcony. Comfy beds. Easy transaction. Great communication by owner. Rental was spotless and exactly as described. Guests were all super friendly and everyone was respectful at the beach area. Elevators could use some maintenance. Wait times weren’t ideal this visit. TV in bedroom needs some attention- too many remotes and felt out of date. Upstairs was excessively noisy for part of the stay. I remembered this being an issue last visit as well, and I wasn’t sure who to notify and that was a little frustrating. The condo owners are the best hosts and very welcoming and accommodating, just noting some things outside their spectrum that HOA could work on.

Clean room, nice Host, condo excellent !!! only problem elevaters were not working from parking garage to condo and only one and sometimes two working long wait times. The new beach service stinks. We were spoiled by Jonathon he moved umbrellas and visited with you to make sure you were doing alright. This new group not so much

Great Spring Break Getaway

Family spring break

This place was so clean and welcoming! Our family of 6 had plenty of room, and the parking spot, view, and ease of access to beach and pool is why we would love to stay here again! Everything was wonderful and exactly what our family needed.

The complex was nice but wouldn’t stay in this unit again. The beds were hard but to each their own. The couch was super comfortable. I actually slept on it a couple of times because the bed was that hard. The beach service was nice. Also being the last complex was nice. The beach was not super crowdedIf you have more than 2-3 people I suggest brining your town bath towels. For a condo that sleeps six we had like 10 towels. We were doing laundry daily. You should also bring your own dish soap, sponge and toilet paper.The communication left a lot to be desired. I had to message the host for our check in details. She was pretty quick to send them when I asked for it and she apologized because she forgot. She also sent the wrong instructions on the parking spot under the building so I got fussed at by the guy working in the sales office like I was doing something illegal for asking for a parking pass. The real prize was when I went back to reread the instructions I found she edited the message. Thank goodness I take screen shots of everything. I thought I was going crazy. That was fun. Then we had issues with the breaker tripping and lights going out. When I messaged her, she quickly replied that she would need to look into it. But i am assuming she did not care b/c no one came to look (that i knew of) and she never followed up to check on things. I would think electrical issues would be an important issue you would want to check on or maybe that’s just me.
