Or relax near the pool in the peaceful courtyard or enjoy your private balcony and watch the world go by. Laundry is just outside the unit. The condo has fast wifi and stocked kitchen and bath. A ceiling fan in the bedroom and chandeliers in the kitchen, living area, and bathroom are just a few of the delightful details. Dogs under 50 pounds are allowed, and the Cabrini Park right on the corner is the only dog park for the French Quarter. This adds more fun to the people watching from the balcony in this community of loyal New Orleans residents, some whose families have lived in the area for generations. The condos in the building are for medium- or long-term residents only, or are used as second homes, so the atmosphere is more quiet and respectful than in the noisy tourist areas. Please respect quiet time between 9pm and 8 am, and several neighbors work from home during the day. It is very walkable and deliveries are reliable.
