La piscina climatizada muy privada en la terraza con mosquiteros y juguetes flotantes le permite relajarse al aire libre de día o de noche. Vuele al aeropuerto de Fort Lauderdale a 5 millas de distancia. Observe cómo los cruceros salen de Port Everglades desde su porche o camine hacia su playa para tener una vista aún más cercana.

Nice place for a family vacation.

We arrived and the house was exactly as listed. We had all we needed to stay for our week, and hardly ventured out. The hosts were responsive, and the property was perfect fir a warm weather get away for the family.

I stayed @ the Twin Dolphin property & I must say it was just what the doctor ordered for me…Every room was SPOTLESS & everything you could or wouldn’t even think of was provided …Everything was labeled for easy access & ALL your needs or questions will be IMMEDIATELY addressed & worked out…The host was super friendly yet very professional…The atmosphere was soo peaceful & they had all these home like touches that made you forget that you weren’t actually home…I would most definitely go back,in fact have already scheduled a return visit…That’s how much I enjoyed myself!!

Julie and Kent were gracious hosts. Their comfortable flexible home is ideally situated close to the beach and down town ft Lauderdale. An oasis of calm around the pool and bbq in true Floridian family relaxed tradition. Our family would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you.

Spacious, private and well-maintained!

Great hosts and easy-to-follow directions made it a stress-free rental. Nice, easy stroll to a quiet beach. Close to a variety of activities including shopping, eating, sight-seeing and cruise ship gawking. Convenient access to water taxi, expanding opportunities up and down the canals. Perfect arrangements for families and/or couples with privacy and plenty of living space. Definitely would recommend this rental to friends and family.

Perfect Getaway!

Our family recently stayed for a month. We have previously stayed at numerous rentals in the past, but must say this property was the most enjoyable. It was cleaner, better taken care of and more equipped than any other! By far exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything you may want to see and do. Our hosts Kent and Julie were very accommodating in every aspect.

Twin Dolphins

Twin Dolphins is exactly as described in the photos. The owners were exceptional, answering any questions/issues we had immediately. Owners went above and beyond to make sure once you walked in the front door, you had everything you may need. We spent every waking hour outside poolside! Twin Dolphins is quite a treasure and we cannot wait to go back.

Great location, nice home, great hosts!

Overall we really, really enjoyed our stay! Location is perfect! A quick walk to a private community beach and close to the Fort Lauderdale beach strip and Los Olas for dining, shopping, etc. The house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy the pool, the beach and cooking. Everything in the house is well labeled and documented. The layout of the house is great and the outdoor area was perfect and where we spent most of our time. Great Master bedroom closet. The pool was really enjoyable. It did take a few days to get warm but we were there in January so that is understandable. The house was a 5 in terms of owners, cleanliness, location etc. I would rate a 4.5 if I could. I rated overall a 4 only because we did have a few issues with the plumbing and pool filter The issues were dealt with very, very quickly and we truly appreciated how fast the issues were resolved. Also, the house is a bit dated. The bricks around the outdoor patio could benefit from being reset and it would be better if the carpets were replaced and decor updated. However, these things are easily overlooked and did not outweigh all the other benefits. We would stay again.

We enjoyed hosting these guests and would welcome them back. They were very understanding and in fact even extended their stay - twice. Unfortunatly, a previous guest had flushed baby wipes down one of the toilets which the City of Fort Lauderdale does not permit. We have taken steps to prevent this from reoccuring and have purchased special waste containers for each bathroom with automatic, touchless lids and plastic liners. We have been updating and modernizing the house ever since we acquired it, and the carpets are next on our list. ***Update February 2022 *** All carpeting has been replaced with tile. The pavers (bricks) around the pool patio have been reset. And we have been updating the house: see the new pictures.

Great location and space

Our stay was great. Plenty of parking, easy to get to, a lot of space and sleeping for a big crew. Funky, retro layout and style, very cool. We will be back hopefully next year same time!

the property is in good location

We really liked the location of the house, the distribution of the rooms, the neighborhood is very quiet and easy to handle for kids. I just suggest maybe that they change the rugs for the floor, because for allergy people sufferers it is not the best, but for the rest the house is fabulous.

Our second time booking this house

This was our second time staying at this house. We enjoyed the trip because there were enough bedrooms and space for our family of 5. We invited our cousins to come and stay with us for a few days too. The kids enjoyed going in the pool each day. There were nice pool toys and pool rafts provided by the house. We cooked more than I thought we would because the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and heat up restaurant leftovers. During our trip, we walked to the beach, went to the Museum of Discovery, and went to Las Olas street (twice). The house was very clean and well-maintained. I got good customer service because my questions were answered quickly. They even had a pack n' play for our youngest so I didn't need to pack one! We are planning to stay here again for our 2016 trip.

Great Florida Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Florida home. It was easy to book and exactly what our family was looking for! We had a relaxing trip for the whole family. The amenities provided were just what we needed- a screened in pool, easy walks to the beach, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two fridges (plus a mini-drink fridge too)! Also, the master suite made us feel right at home with the walk-in closets, make-up/powder area, private bathroom, and a separate door to access the pool. Our family enjoyed watching the cruise boats set sail and the many local attractions such as Flamingo Gardens, Anne Kolb Nature Center, Funderdome Indoor Playground, Mai-kai Polynesian food and show, and the abundance of seafood restaurants. We returned home refreshed and relaxed. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer!

It has been wonderful to have so many people enjoy our tropical retreat. Many companies found they could pampered their employees here at a very reasonable rate while they are being trained or working on local projects.
Athletes have trained in our pool while here for swim competitions.
Yacht and boat crews have enjoyed the close access to Port Everglades while repairs were made to their vessel.
Puppy lovers have enjoyed letting Fido explore the screened yard as they barbeque and swim in the pool.
Families have come for reunions. The pool, beach, bath toys, kid dishes, life jackets, pack and play, booster and potty seats have made their stays so convenient.
Local families remodeling their homes have relaxed here and used our spacious home to safely store personal items and even cars while remodeling their home instead of in a storage locker. Settle in to this wonderful community and enjoy all Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
