Our property is by the sea of Argosaronikos with an amazing view of the islands of Hydra and Dokos, with its own private beach, large wonderful garden and newly built swimming pool.

Our place is ideal for family vacations, group bookings, event hosting, corporate bookings, yoga groups etc. Idyllic for families with children, nature lovers and people who want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Greece away from crowded beaches and places.
All these combined with a large variety of activities:

- Excursions: The property is placed in a strategic location, making it an ideal retreat that will serve as a base for short trips around the lush sceneries of the Eastern Peloponnese. You can arrange daily excursions to destinations like:

or to historical sites such as:

-Micynae and Argos(1.45h)

The residence is comprised of three separate houses (one beachfront house of 185 sq.m., one house on 3 levels, of 500 sq.m. and one guesthouse) with 3 living rooms (2+1), 2 indoor dining areas and 2 fully equipped kitchens.

The first villa (185 sq.m.) is beachfront and only has a ground floor. On this house there are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. There is also a fully equipped, open plan kitchen and two living rooms, one of which has a fireplace. In addition, there is a large dining room and a guest W.C.

The largest villa (500 sq.m), in the middle of the plot, consists of 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is a dining room a kitchenette and a living room with a fireplace, TV. There are also 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and beautiful mountain views.
Going up a level, there are 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two of them offer a mountain view, similar to the previous ones, while the rest gaze upon the gulf emerald waters.
Finally, on the basement there is a second larger fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals for many people.

The third villa, located at the back of the lot, is practically a guest house. There is a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 more people. There is also a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.

In the garden, you will find an outdoor shower, numerous parasols and sunbeds, right in front of the beach and the swimming pool. Moreover, just outside the beachfront house there is an outdoor covered dining area, with a fully equipped BBQ and a wood oven.
The swimming pool located in front of the beachfront house has a fantastic view of the sea. It is ideal for kids and asults, its size is 50sq.m with sweet water and its max depth is 2m.

Estate's amenities include: Air conditioning in all 9 bedrooms, WiFi internet access, 3 TVs, DVD player, 1 sound systems, CD collection, books, toys, mosquito nets, washing/dryer machine, sea bicycle, two canoes, bicycles, trampoline, parking spaces.

The property is also offered for events such as marriages, parties etc.
