This beautiful 2400 square foot, 4 bedroom home is located less then 15 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. The house is also located 5 miles from the Las Vegas Raiders stadium, so its a great place to stay if you're interested in attending a game or event at the venue. Also located 6 miles from T-Mobile arena. Walking distance to grocery stores, and restaurants. Finished backyard with patio furniture, fire pit, and grill. Bar, 2 60inch 2 55inch tv's, cable, pack and play available by request, and wifi included.

Brandon was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to messages. The home was spacious and in a great location, but the overall condition was disappointing. It was dingy, in need of a deep cleaning, and the carpet and pad needed to be replaced.

Unfortunate the property owner was NOT attentive to issues with the property during our stay. Hall Bath, which had a clogged sink since our arrival and was to be used by 5 people, was never fixed. Major inconvenience. The property overall is in need of maintenance.

I had a feeling the guest would leave this type of insincere comment and rating on the property. Yes I was made aware that one of the sinks was clogged. I’m not sure if this group actually caused the issue but I immediately hired a plumber to fix the issue the next morning since I was made aware of the complaint at 10pm. I gave the group all of the information for his arrival the next morning. When the plumber arrived they were not at the property and I couldn’t reach them to get their permission to let him in the house so I asked him to come back the next day which cost me an additional hourly fee. When he arrived the next day they wouldn’t let him in the house and told him someone was using the bathroom and they didn’t need his services since they were checking out. This cost me another additional hour of his services with no resolve to the actual issue. I wish people would just be honest about all of the details before they leave negative reviews.
