This home was just built in 2024! It's a split level home and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is 2,100 sqft. It sleeps 10 people. Upstairs: one large bedroom has 2 queen beds with plush mattresses, and a huge walk-in closet. Downstairs: two bedrooms, both with king beds and plush mattresses. And a queen air mattress. The two king bedrooms downstairs are also equipped with desks and vanity mirrors! Attention to detail in the design of this house was not missed! :) Each bedroom has blackout curtains as well!

This brand new home is located in a residential neighborhood 3 miles from the beach. There is also a patio, hot tub, and an outdoor dining area to enjoy in the backyard. The backyard has plenty of room for enjoying games or just relaxing!

HOUSE PERKS:
-This house is fully stocked with all sorts of kitchen appliances, including waffle makers, a blender, and a complete coffee station! Of course all of the essentials like plates, cups, glass cookware, pots/pans, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use.
- Cooking spray, basic baking products, and seasonings are provided.
- A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included in both bathrooms. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are available for each guest.
- Each bedroom has its own closet with hangers and a dresser. There are also 2 irons and ironing board in the laundry room.
- Several games and books are available for you to enjoy.
- You can park in the two-lane driveway. There is also an attached two car garage. The driveway and garage have enough room for 4 vehicles to park. There is also free public street parking available in front the house.

TECHNOLOGY:
- 5 flat screen smart TVs are in the home, two in each living area, and one in each bedroom.
- Wifi is provided.
- Hulu is provided.
- A washer and dryer are available for your use.

***Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. If there is any evidence smoking having occurred inside the property (smoke smell, ashes, paraphernalia, etc) there will be an additional $350 cleaning charge and/or loss of security deposit if one was collected.

CHECK-IN INFO:
- Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival.
- Check-in is between 3 and 9 p.m. Guests must check out by 11 a.m. (Note: We try to accommodate early arrival/late checkout requests when possible, however, the cleaning crew will have the final say especially when we have back-to-back bookings.)
