Wonderful vacation for 3 generations of family. Great location on the beach and can walk to Myrtle Beach State Park. Condo was very comfortable and accommodating for all 10 of us. Amenities were endless! Owner was very kind and easy to reach with any questions etc. Will definitely go back again!

The whole stay was perfect for us. It is so easy to get around to stores, costco, and the boardwalk area. The condo is in great shape with lots of gathering room and privacy when needed. Parking was better than anywhere I've stayed(so easy). Elevators are fast. Pools and beach were perfect. I would 100% recommend staying here if you get the chance. John is a great host!

All my family enjoyed the condo! There was enough room for everyone. All the beach toys, chairs and umbrella's got used. The convenience of walking to the ocean was amazing. The pools inside and out along with the lazy river was a very nice option to have right there. It was very clean. The views of the ocean were great!

THANKSGIVING

This is a great property. my family of 11 adults and children had a ball. the kids loved the lazy river and pools. T condo was huge and spacious. The kitchen had everything you need. 2 of every appliance (ref-dishwasher etc). the view of the ocean was fantastic.Can't say enough good about it.

A Good Week

Really enjoyed staying here. Loved the balcony - sitting out there in the evening and reading. We did something different every day, the Arboretum, Fort Sumter and the Yorktown, the aquarium, and a nature river cruise. Great places to eat and relax with family for an afternoon drink. The kids loved the beach, running into the waves and the pools. So easy to check in and out. We had more cars than parking passes so found it very easy to get the street parking pass and places to park in front of the building. Will definitely tell friends about this place. One thing I wish they had are recycle bins, glass, aluminum and plastic.

Family vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Your condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed and more! Very spacious. The view from the 8th floor is amazing. We were so blessed with all of the beach things you provide we would not have needed to bring anything. The kitchen was so very well stocked although I can only speak from what my kids say because I didn’t have to cook at all! The indoor and outdoor pool options were a big hit. The beach was very clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a great week! 🏝️

Relaxing Week with Littles

John was very communicative which made our check in and stay really enjoyable and smooth. The condo was really well stocked with kitchen items and beach items. We had 4 adults and 7 kids 5 and under, and the condo had enough sleeping space and common areas to accommodate playtime for big kids during little kid nap time. The view was incredible and really easy trek down to the pool and beach. Can’t say enough good things about our unit. The only thing that could’ve improved our stay is if the outdoor pool (and indoor pools, though we mostly played outside) was heated. Overall, I’d come back!

Perfect Stay!

I brought my cheerleading team to a nationals competition and we all stayed in this condo. There were 16 of us. The owner provided plenty of linens, towels, etc for our stay. The condo was very spacious and clean. It had a beautiful master bedroom/ bathroom. The balcony was large and had plenty of seating for up to 8 people. Another awesome feature was the kitchen! It had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers!!! It was a relaxing trip for us. After the cheer competition, we swam in the indoor pool, jumped in the hot tub, swam hot side in the outdoor pool, AND went to the beach. Lots of things to do at this condo!!!! If I ever come back to Myrtle Beach, I will book this condo again.

This condo is perfect lots of space and very clean.John the owner is great he is making it a point to make sure the condo is clean and update.He responded quickly to any question we had as a matter of fact he would take it upon himself to call and make sure everything was ok.The kitchen is loaded with cooking utensils so you don't have to worry about making meals in the condo.John has made sure that the condo was clean,when we walked in the condo for the first time you can tell that cleaners did a great job.The condo is large we had 13 people and plenty of room.The view from the balcony was amazing.Grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise it is a beautiful site.Can't say enough good about John and his beautiful condo.A great vacation can't wait to get back to Myrtle Beach and John's Condo!

Perfect Family Getaway

The condo was large and perfect for our large family getaway. The kitchen and laundry area was well stocked with everything needed as well as plenty of beach chairs and pool floats to use. The balcony was amazing. The building and pools were very clean and there was always a staff member cleaning and tending to things. Great communication with the owner as well. Only a few little things to nitpick: the 2 smokers in our group said there wasn’t a safe place to smoke outside, they were often in the alley with the other building’s dumpsters. The bed in the sleeper sofa was too bent to sleep on, but the couch itself was fine to sleep on instead. The unit next to us had some rowdy tenants that were super loud at night, but the day of checkout we saw a notice on their door from the condo staff about it. I do wish I could have unpacked my suitcase and hung clothes in a closet but our closet was stuffed full of all the beach and pool stuff and there weren’t any hangers, but again, completely minor compared to how awesome everything was.

Ahh-mazing!

I have rented many properties before but this one was incredible. Truly everything you could need in the kitchen and stuff for the beach/pool. We brought our instant pot because we use that all the time and never expected that to be there. Location was amazing!!! View from the great room was OVER THE TOP!! Furniture, comfy and plentiful. Spacious, nicely appointed rooms. Room for everyone. Balcony was an added bonus for the size. Alfresco dinner and lots of seats for everyone. Rocking chairs were a nice touch! Even though only parking for 2 cars in the garage, getting weekly pass was super easy and lots of parking very close to the condo. We all had an amazing time and looking forward to renting it again next year.

Family Vacation at Myrtle Beach

This property is everything the pictures show and more. Very modern and comfortable. The manager is the owner. He can be reached anytime with questions and he answers quickly. Linens are provided, also dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. There is a variety of beach toys in the cupboards for use. The condo is very well guarded, so we felt safe staying there. We loved that the beach is just steps away. We had a total of 13 people in our family stay there and had no problems. We didn't feel cramped. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! We were a little south of the Boardwalk. The area is pretty quiet. If you are planning a family vacation, please consider choosing this property.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Until now, we have been staying in hotels. After our vacation in this condo, we will NEVER go back!!!!! High end everything, plenty of room to spread out, and amazing views!!!!

great place

Visited son, daughter in law, and granddaughter on her spring break. Excellent large condo, fully equipped kitchen, and media, centrally located, nice view of ocean, steps to the beach, nice pools indoor and outdoor, walk to several dining places, food marts, putt putt course. Windows on 3 sides, oceanview , side view, and front of hotel. Would stay there again jiffy quick.

Spacious Home with a View

My family loved our stay in this lovely and very spacious home on the eighth floor. The side facing the ocean was all glass, making for stunning sunrises and amazing views at all times of the day. The living/dining/kitchen area was large and comfortable and we (six adults and seven children) enjoyed spending most of our time there. The kitchen was superbly equipped with two refrigerator/freezers, two dishwashers, and everything that we could need including spices and other items that we might have forgotten. My daughters and their families continue to rave about the beauty of this home and the thoughtfulness of the owners. The beach was a bit cold and windy this April, but thankfully our kids seemed to prefer swimming in the indoor pool, and lazy river. I highly recommend for larger families.

great time!

The condo was great. Lots of room there were 9 of us. There is even a door so you could close of the back area where the 4 bedrooms and sitting area was . You could be in the kitchen living room and balcony without disturbing people that went to bed early. Kitchen is very well equipped . Close to lots of restaurants and activities , right on the beach . Overall a fantastic time! If you have more than 2 cars you need to get the parking pass for 30.00 for the whole week. We parked right next door.

We are John & Jen Zajac. We live in central New Jersey. After having vacationed in Myrtle Beach for the last 13+ years now, we decided to buy an ocean front condo. We preferred to stay in the southern end of Myrtle Beach due to it being less crowded and much less traffic. When we came across Ocean Blue, we decided it was perfect for us.

After viewing a couple of condos in Ocean Blue during the summer of 2015, we decided to purchase a condo in Ocean Blue. The condo we purchased has incredible views because it is located on the south side of the building. With our condo being on the southern end of the 8th floor and the hotel directly south being only 4 stories tall, almost all of the rooms in our condo have an ocean view. Our condo spans the entire south side of the 8th floor, ie from the ocean side to the street side of the building.

Ocean Blue is unique in that it only has 36 luxury condos in it. There are only 3 condos per floor with 12 floors of residences. The condos on the northern and southern end of each floor contain 5 bedrooms and the middle condo contain 4 bedrooms. The 5 bedroom condos also have an extra den/media room in additional to the 5th bedroom compared to the 4 bedroom condos. Every condo in Ocean Blue has a direct ocean front balcony.

We love the exclusive feel of Ocean Blue!

Our condo has a 35 foot long ocean front balcony, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a double wall oven, large capacity washer/dryer, and a den/media room, in addition to the living room. The den/media room is equipped with two sofas and a 42" LCD TV with a Blu Ray DVD player. This allows part of the group to escape to a separate room to watch a different movie/channel than is being watched on the 55" LCD TV in the living room.

The ocean front balcony has 2 sliding doors to get onto it, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The queen bedroom suite has a sliding glass door to access the street side balcony. There are ocean views from the street side balcony as well!
