Star of the Sea Site#1202 In Ocean Lakes, Great Location, Great Views and Great space for YOUR Family to enjoy inside and out!
Modern House
Sleeps 13 - Refer to bedding for accommodations. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house takes your breath away from start to finish. Max 8 Adults and 4-5 Children. Great Parking under the house, you can fit most any type of vehicle, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Deck patio in the back for charcoal barbecue and picnic table and little green. Parking Station for the Golf Carts. ***
Enjoy our covered porches on a sunny or raining day, lots of seating and dining table. Upon entering the house, the welcoming living room/ kitchen and dining room open floor plan. So spacious for all to sit cook, eat enjoy family and friends. The first Master Bedroom is on the first floor with a King bed, First floor bathroom can become on suite. First floor bathroom, also very spacious, large shower, one sink allowing for more counter space, all granite. The kitchen is beautiful, fully equipped for all your cooking and allows lots of space for all you food and supplies. There are two tables allowing everyone to sit and eat at the table. Washer and dryer also on first floor. ***
Second floor you will find 4 bedrooms, the front of the house with access to the decks is our first Queen bedroom, the other is our King bedroom this room also has access to a bathroom that can be shared or become an on suite for a second master bedroom. Th back of the house adjacent to the King bedroom is our Bunk bedroom, the first bunk bed is made of 2 twin bunks, the second is a Full size bottom and twin on top. On the other side opposite the Queen with access to the deck is another Queen , the third bathroom between both rooms. There is another covered porch upstairs off the front bedrooms with lots of seating with great Ocean views.***
Guests have access to all on-site amenities at Ocean Lakes. This includes, but not limited to: Pools, lazy river, kids pool w/ water climbers, restaurant, general/grocery store, golf cart rental (not included in price), daily activities, etc. Direct Beach Access, Private Beach Access.
You are given a starter set of TP, paper towel, garbage bag, you are responsible for the remaining and all paper products.
