**We DO NOT accept wire transfers, 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Wi-Fi, fully loaded operational house with washer and dryer. A home away from home. 1100 sq. ft. of living space on 10 acres to enjoy. Horse pasture may be used but no food or water is supplied for the horses. LazE Acres is not responsible for any injury, accidents or loss of items. The road leading to the house is an elevated gravel road that will be an adventure to some, seclusion lays at the top with views that will settle your soul.

Very clean inside. Well maintained property. Very quiet and peaceful outside. I was very impressed with stay we had for a for short days with family.

We loved the views and the accommodations were perfect. Very tasteful decor. It has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor area is super nice!!! My grandson loved playing on all the things and especially had fun with the basketball. We will be back !!

What a slice of heaven!

This is the most tranquil place ! I admit the driveway was a little bit of a worry the first time up it but it really is no problem once you have done it! The rest of the world melts away when you are at the house while only being a few miles to Hot Springs if you need to get groceries or go out for dinner. Great!

Top shelf VRBO for Hot Springs

This was my 3rd time staying at this property. Never an issue. The place is clean, well stocked, host is very responsive and it is private. If this property fits your group size you can't really go wrong here.Book with confidence.

Wonderful stay

This is the second time staying at this property. The host is very responsive and communicated everything when needed. The house is hospital grade clean. It is well stocked with everything needed for cooking, so pack what you want and make it just like home. The location is perfect for the area, quiet and secluded, close to town and the highway is right there. Book with confidence.

Great Stay!

We needed a half way point to stay while locating across the country. This place was the perfect spot to decompress and let the kids burn off some energy. My son loved the swings and basketball setup! We used the fire pit both nights and enjoyed the sunrise as a backdrop to the spectacular views. Hot Springs is a cute town (Jalopenos is great btw) and we made the trip up to Mt Rushmore before we headed west. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Nice home and pretty comfortable stay

The house was quiet, comfortable, and fairly clean. Amazing sunrise view in the morning over the prairie. The kitchen had most of the things we needed to prepare meals and we made do. There was quite a list of rules on a board when you walk in and it would have been nice to know these things beforehand. The shower controls are wonky and I had a cold shower the first night before I got hold of the host who then explained how it works. Overall, we had a good stay at the house other than those small issues.

Great stay for two mature couples

This property was almost perfect. The only things we would have liked were mirrors in the bedrooms and a dresser in the secondary bedroom. Other than that, this place was really nice, clean and full of amenities — like a dedicated grilling area overlooking the hills for as far as the eye can see. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was really precious/coordinated. Attention to detail was paid at this place. We would definitely stay here again.

Of all the VRBOs I have ever stayed at this one is a top pick. Clean, affordable, good location, quiet, private and had all the amenities. Definitely will stay here again if the opportunity is there.

Had a great stay!

Very thankful for the hosts flexibility with us (had to change our stay dates) and kindness in letting us check in early due to previous renters' early checkout. Place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for us (near family in the area). Private and secluded, with great views of the area and wonderful sunrises, sunsets and spectacular storms! Will definitely try and stay again next time we are in the area.

Hi there Janice Ellis here, my husband Jarvis Ellis is in this photo with me because I would never have been able to do this without him! I am originally from Big Springs, NE Jarvis is from Lignite, ND. We meet in the middle and here we are today with 2 BEAutiful children and an array of pets that we love. We have been in Hot Springs now for 15 years, crazy how time flies and our faces and bodies change.

We understand leaving home without your pets, it's hard, so we decided to make a place where human and critter can vacation together. We hope those who vacation with there pets are considerate and honest. if accidents happen clean them and let me know so I can deep clean them. Outside we ask that you kindly pick up after your pets as well. We hope you and yours enjoy your stay and we are here to help to the best of our abilities.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We bought this property because of the views and the style of the home, Oh and not to forget the 30x40 shop that Jarvis needed for all his equipment. Jarvis and i have totally remodeled the LazE acres house, a lot of time, love and cuss words went into creating this houses personality, we hope you like it. All we ask is that you Respect all the work that went into it and Enjoy it to the fullest! Oh, and we are a no shoe residence, so if you could be so kind as to not wear your shoes in the house, that would be great.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The views from the kitchen table and the queen bedroom are of the western frontier with cattle (sometimes) eagles, hawks, birds galore... barbed wire fences and natural grasslands. coneflowers, yucca plants and a huge variety of natural vegetation are how we kept it for the pureness of it and the low maintenance. It takes you back to nature and it's simplicity's. We also, over the ridge, have a view of the southern black hills and all there glory. In the distance you can see Lake Angostura. The privacy of this home is something special in itself. It makes the moon seem bigger being up on LazE Acres, watching the storms come and go…you really can see for miles.
