Zoe is an amazing host and the property was wonderful. Spacious, clean, and the BEDS WERE AMAZING! soooooo comfortable!! The neighborhood is quiet but super close to 6th street so we had the best of both worlds.

The location was slightly farther than it appeared on the map, but it was a lovely house and the host was communicative. We were charged for a toilet flapper, which feels like regular house maintenance, but it wasn't a huge cost.

We so enjoyed our time at this lovely home. It’s a great location. We enjoyed the house for its cleanliness and spaciousness. The beds are very comfortable. The showers/tubs were great-fluffy towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were fantastic ! The sitting area in front is private and the perfect place to unwind and relax. The kitchen is well equipped and tidy and we loved the aesthetic. TV’s and WiFi were fully functional and appreciated! Thanks for everything, we definitely will return when we come back this way :)

Potential for Greatness

Great location, but not quite ready for primetime. We were the first tenants so I get it. I recommend this rental though - great location, comfortable beds. And it's new so the amenities are nice.

Advertisement Needs Updated

This was a very nice, clean, and comfy home. Unfortunately, the advertising is extremely misleading. The home is listed as having a hot tub AND a heated pool. The reality is that it has a heated stock tank (diptank) in the back. We were also very surprised that someone with the care-taking agency entered the home during the day while we were at a conference without notifying us. The home is not .44 of a mile from the Austin Convention Center as the VRBO site said. It is actually 1.7 miles, which normally would be fine, but the weather was not conducive to walking that far, so necessitated Ubers we had not planned for. There are possibly some blocked vents on the main floor that made it VERY chilly downstairs, but the heat did work well on the upper floor. I would suggest that the deposit be included with the other charges if possible .Zoe was very good about responding to us, and again it was a very nice and tidy home.

To clarify, the listing includes a heated cowboy-style dipping pool, and the our photos reflects this setup. Regarding your note about the home entry , our maintenance team is instructed not to enter during a guest’s stay without prior notice unless an urgent issue arises. We’ve addressed this internally to ensure protocols are followed moving forward. The airflow on the lower level has since been addressed, and we’ve made updates to the home including improved bedding arrangements to enhance guest comfort. Great property close to downtown and UT campus. Great amenities. Perfect set up for us. My daughter and her friend had their own rooms. Communication was great and check in was super easy.
