Unwind in Port St. Joe at this charming, laid‑back home—perfect for travelers who value comfort, character, and a great location. With 3 cozy bedrooms (a king bed, queen bed, and a bunk bed), everyone can settle in and feel right at home.
The home features 2 bathrooms with both shower and bathtub options, ideal for rinsing off after the beach or enjoying a long, relaxing soak.
This is the main portion of the house, and it is connected to a mother‑in‑law suite. Because the two spaces share a wall with modest insulation, sound does travel between them. At times it may be noticeable or even disruptive, depending on activity on either side. We want to be transparent so you know what to expect and can choose the right stay for your needs.
If you’re looking for a relaxed, easygoing space with personality and a great location, this home offers exactly that. Kick back, take it slow, and enjoy everything Port St. Joe and our welcoming house have to offer.

Great Location, beautiful, well appointed home.

This is not a duplex. It is a home with a "mother-in-law" quarters that is blocked off from the rest of the home. It has its own outside entrance. If its occupied during your stay, you will hear them, they will hear you. You will share the same driveway, which will only provide you with room for one car. Anyone else driving with your group will have to park in community parking near the pool. You do not have access to the garage for parking. With that being said, the property manager went out of her way to take care of us. The unit was immaculate, beautifully decorated. Extremely clean and well appointed. Pool and beaches are fantastic. She provided bicycles for us to ride during our stay and was quick to respond to any inquiries that we had during our stay. If I'm in the area again I would 100% book to stay here again, but only if I'm able to book the entire home.
