Our stay was very enjoyable. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family. The large screened in back porch is where we spent the majority of our time and the tv outside was a huge plus.

Awesome place, the screened in porch was great with the pool view, the overall renting and check-in process was very smooth didn't have one issue. Well except master bed mattress could use a little upgrading but we'll certainly be going back again.

I felt like the house was not prepared for me. When I got there the ac was locked on 66 and the temps fell down to the 20's that night and I was freezing. The fence was knocked down by the construction crew next door which meant the dog stayed on a leash. I also had to reset the stove as it did not work. But all in all the VRBO crew fixed everything remotely and we temporarily propped the fence up and I had an awesome stay. The house is beautiful and the back porch swing bed was my favorite. I would rent this house again if I had the chance! I appreciate all who had a hand in making my stay comfortable.

Great time!

The house was just perfect for my family and my parents. The screened in porch was great to be able to be outside with the kids without worrying about them getting too close to the pool. We had a great time and would recommend this place. We rented a golf cart so we could access the beach quickly and easily. There's also a playground nearby that we visited almost every day.

When can we return?

We enjoyed the large common areas. The grand boys liked the pool. We all liked the screened room with plenty of seating and a tv as we watched college basketball. Close to park for the boys to play basketball. And we all played some pickleball.

Clean, family friendly, but

The overall stay was good. The house was clean and beautiful. The town was great. Beach access was easy, and not busy, which was great!!! The private pool was also a Pro. Cons: beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy. The jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work, which wasn’t a major thing. The biggest complaint were the beds and bed frames.

Property was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. Area around pool could use some TLC but rwst of house was wonderful. Really enjoyed screened in room at back of home.

Close to the beach

Overall satisfied with ours stay here. We had a few minors issues but nothing worth mentioning. Nice neighborhood close to the beach.

Nice house close to the beach

House was easy to locate and access. The home was clean and ready for our arrival, with clean towels in the bedrooms. Pool was nice as well as the backyard fire pit, backyard screened in porch was a great place to hang out. Enjoyed the property and would recommend.

Quick bday trip

My husband’s birthday. It was very nice to be able to take our dogs with us. We enjoyed the beach, watching sunsets hanging out by the pool and eating good food. This house was perfect. We plan to come back! Great last minute bday trip!!

We recently visited Mexico Beach for the first time and loved it!!!! The house was perfect for us. It was a very peaceful location and lots of outdoor living space. We hope to go back in the fall and if available we would love to stay in the same house!

Great quiet neighborhood

Beautiful cozy home with everything you need. Perfect for our 2 dogs with the fenced in yard. Just minutes away from everything. My only complaint is that yhe pool filter wasn't working but, hey, I still layed on my float for 4 hour's!

Beautiful house great floor plan

Check in was easy and location was great. Floor plan and the open concept was perfect for our family. This house is great for vacationing as the screened in porch off the pool has everything you need and multiple doors that lead inside. Only problem was property manager would not return messages.

Great Pool and Porch

The house was lovely with tv viewing in all bedrooms and the porch. The pool was very nice but needed more pool chairs. The shower in the secondary bedroom needed a grab bar for safety. The screened in porch was wonderful!

Mother’s Birthday treat

Good visit and location. Took mother in law to shell island for some r&r on the boat. Had everything we needed including for the little dogs, can’t seem to go anywhere anymore without them. Nice private neighborhood with a nice driveway to park and clean the boat. Short visit, will stay longer next time.

Beautiful home

Loved the open floor plan and back porch overlooking the pool. The house had everything and more that we needed. The beds were firmer than we are used to, but that was just our preference. Everything was new.

We had a pleasant stay

Only issues were the tub in master was leaking from from cold handle and hot water handle was not working. All there was no hand soap in the whole place.

Mexico Beach

The house was very clean. It was in a good neighborhood.Close to the beach. The pool was green and unusable when we got there. We emailed the property managers and the pool guy came the next day to fix it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!
