Each unit contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with an enclosed porch for an office/den with water views of the Mystic River, just a short distance to Assembly Row in Somerville.
All inclusive: electricity, gas, heat/cooling, internet, TV subscriptions (Netflix, Disney+), water, snow removal, landscaping are all included.

Second floor furnishing details: desks, printer, treadmill, tv installed above treadmill, free weights for in-home gym use, kitchen is fully loaded with fridge, microwave, all kitchen supplies, ice maker, smoothie maker.
