About this space
Have fun with the whole family at this two story 3-bed, 2.5 bath home located near the Pearl Brewery and a short drive from Fort Sam Military base.
The space
This newly built space includes a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, internet access and cable TV.
Our spacious top floor includes the master room with king bed and a private ensuite bathroom and charming private balcony. With two additional single queen bedrooms, and two full baths, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
Guest access
Guests may access the entire space.

No pets allowed, no smoking, no parties, limit of 10 guests

We had a great stay, currently lots of construction made it a bit difficult to park but that will clear up soon, the location was AMAZING. The owners had fantastic communication, I’d be happy to stay here again.

I cannot say enough how wonderful this property is! It is very spacious, clean and modern styling. The location was fantastic. We just walked the path by the property to get to the river walk and The Pearl in minutes. It was a 10 minute drive to all we wanted to get to downtown. I highly recommend this property!

Cute house, comfortable bed. The shower and sinks in the master bathroom were slow to drain, the shower had a nice shower head but hardly any water pressure. It was a quick stay and was the perfect spot to get to where we needed to go.

Everything about this long weekend was perfect! We were in town for Trinity Univ graduation. It was the perfect home for 3 generations and close to the university. Wish we had found this home long before!

Property was very nice and close to the river walk and The Pearl. There was construction going on during our stay but we were not bothered by the noise. We had a little trouble getting in on the first day(turned out to be my issue) and the host was very responsible and helpful. Even sent someone out the following day to double check the door/lock. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect for our short trip to San Antonio. Being so close to The Pearl was great! We walked over both days to have a meal. The home was spacious and extremely clean. We'd return again if we are ever in San Antonio. Highly recommend.

A very good rental for the price. The front door was a little beat up as other reviews have alluded to. But the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room. Kitchen was functional enough for our needs with coffee provided. The area had a lot of construction going on and the area was a little industrial but the location right between Riverwalk and St Mary’s Strip was ideal. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. All in all a great little place. Also the mgmt company accommodated us and communicated very well.
