It was an absolutely amazing vacation experience.

The location was beautiful, and the property was peaceful. The pond, water fountain and double glider were fun as well as the perfectly heated hot tub. I will be booking Fireflies again.

Excellent experience all around. Property was amazing. It is tucked into the woods with a nearby pond. Easily accessed, yet quiet and peaceful. I will be returning and highly recommend this cozy cabin. Detailed instructions and quick replies from the host made this a highly enjoyable experience.

It was the perfect secluded experience!

The cabin was so cute and just what we were looking for. Nestled back in the woods, pond to fish, quiet but close enough to everything you want to see or would need.

Our first weekend getaway in 20 years was perfect!

Cabin was beautiful and clean. The pond and surrounding area was beautiful. The seclusion of the cabin was great, but close enough to the tourist attractions. We are already planning our next stay!

Disappointed because fireplace listed but not yet available for the season!! This was one of the reasons this property was selected. Also lighting very poor in the kitchen/living room area for eating, reading or maybe playing board games. Maybe the light bulbs just need to be higher wattage

Our stay was peaceful and stunning.

The cabin we stayed in was located perfectly nestled amongst the trees. The interior was cozy and clean. The property was perfect, with its own little pond and we will for sure be coming back.

The cabin was okay. We had concerns about our stay & they were addressed. A few small things could be added to the cabin that would make the stay more convenient. The property & surrounding area are wonderful & it was nice to enjoy the property with our dogs.

The hot tub was great! The main problem was the heater. We arrived on a day when night time temperatures were going down to 37 degrees. The heater would not work. The wall heater would not turn on, nor would the gas fireplace turn on. It took a while to get through to someone who then had some individuals come out. They could not get the heat pump to work either. They turned on the gas to the bedroom wall heater and the small fireplace. That helped somewhat. How about some hooks on the wall to hang up coats and rain jackets. Otherwise we had to put them in the bedroom closet which only had 5 hangers which were already in use.

Great getaway

Place was very clean and close to some convenient stores. The only downside was the bed( was too firm for me and my gf) but other than that definitely gonna book it again in the future.

Nice property, a bit of a drive to get to Hocking Hills. Was not prepared for how dark it was inside, even midday with all the lights on. Fire pit and porch was nice and bed was comfortable, albeit a bit small.

It was great! A much needed personal recharge!

We loved being able to sit in the hot tub everyday. The bed was very comfortable too. What mattress brand was y’all’s mattress? We are looking to replace ours and want the one that was at the cabin.

It was a magical vacation!

The cabin is completely secluded on a charming property that included a pond and gardens. Though there are three cabins total, we could not see or hear anything from the other two. The bed and bath were comfy and the kitchen was great for making dinner (with groceries from the nearby market). The hot tub, charcoal grill and fire ring were great to have. Its a little further from the main attractions but the privacy was worth the extra 10 min. We also discovered Lake Alma and its great dog park!

This is a wonderful place to stay.

Cabin was clean, secluded so relaxing we loved our time there. The only negative thing there was no washer and dryer. And it was hard to get the lid off the hot not enough room on porch. This would not stop us from going back just little inconvenient. The grounds where beautiful. Water fall lake was awesome.

Peaceful and relaxing

I enjoyed my stay at Fireflies Hollow cabin, it was a needed escape from the madness of city life in Cleveland. I loved sitting on the porch and observing nature, no humans, just me and my dog. The cabin was clean with all the necessities to make my stay comfortable. All the sights that attract visitors to the Hocking Hills area are a short trip away. I didn't see Bigfoot, but did see all the usual critters of the woods. I will definitely return here on my next trip down.

Very nice cabin that was clean and secluded enough that it was very peaceful

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin was very clean, grounds was well maintained, hot tub was clean, and overall we had a nice stay. The internet and TV was out all weekend (internet provider issue according to the owner) but they had a DVD player with several movies on hand. It was a little chilly in the evenings so a few extra blankets for the bedroom would have been nice. Kitchen was well equipped but needed one large frying pan, only had one very small one Would definitely stay here again
