Escape to this delightful 5-bedroom Woodland Park retreat. This rustic mountain house is perfect for family and friends. Note: No air conditioning- ceiling fans and room fans only. Such a fantastic property to escape the hustle and bustle of life in the Colorado mountains.
Situated on over 5 acres with breathtaking sunsets off the large deck. Excellent for families to stay and feel like home as they explore this incredible mountain town. Enjoy your visit at the property and make memories on this unforgettable space. Sleeps 8 and fully stocked for your stay. Room to run around with your family in an incredible setting. Sorry but no pets at this time.
Woodland Park is nestled near Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and so many gorgeous trails, reservoirs and near the Platte River. Guests love to come up and explore the area, discover dining, shopping and resting from the crazy world. Come enhance your life and take a mountain breath!
The Ranch house property has another smaller house that has a long term renter, caretaker on site.
Please note...the hot tub is not in usage and not a part of the rental. Also as stated in our amenities, we DO NOT have air conditioning. This is a COMPLETELY NON SMOKING PROPERTY. NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES. A deep cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.
