Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
❄️ Turn OFF window A/C and 🔥 heat. Turn off ceiling fans & lights. 🚪 Close windows (no need to shut blinds).
🔌 Unplug small appliances you used (especially the toaster). 🪑 Fold up camping chairs and return any moved furniture to its place. Please don’t leave chairs in the rain or put them away wet.
🧺 Put used towels in the laundry basket. 🛏️ Leave bed linens as is. 🗑️ Take out trash & recyclables. 🍽️ Load dishwasher if dishes were used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$1,500 fine for smoking inside, and cost to repair-painting, ozone Do not set heat above 72F or A/C below 72F Turn off A/C when away. $50 fee

Everything was perfect. Finest amenities and clean as can be. The hostess obviously puts alot of love and effort into this vacation home on a lake. She is very attentive to the needs of the guests and super considerate.

Everything went well. Amenities are all there and some extra. Could use more seating in the living room. Overall a great place! Owner was very responsive. The place is very welcoming upon arrival.
