The Artist's House- A two-bedroom, newly remodeled Spanish Stucco in Inglewood

Welcome home!  The Artist's House belonged to our father and was lovingly renovated by my brother, my mom and me.  This house was his workshop, his art gallery and his refuge from the world- a warm, peaceful place for rest and restoration. 
There are two bedrooms.  You'll have the main bedroom in the back  of the house, which is quiet and peaceful for sleeping both day and night.  We've furnished it with a new bed and mattress, dresser, nightstands, rug and bedding, as well as custom shades and blackout curtains for your convenience.  There's a walk-in closet for your clothes and a smaller closet for more clothes or for storage.  The bedroom has is a ceiling fan and space heater, as well as a smart TV.  Your bedroom also has a lockable door. 
When you walk in the house, you'll first see the living room with its high ceilings, archways and windows.  The new, custom shades let in the golden light of the afternoon sun, while maintaining your privacy.  Some of his favorite pieces of furniture- like  his comfy massage chair and a lovely wooden bookshelf- are in here along side the new couch, coffee table, rugs and other pieces picked out by mom (who is a wonderful interior designer). 
The kitchen was just renovated with new flooring, paint, fixtures, a fab quartz countertop and sink below the bay window, and all new appliances including a washer and dryer.  There's a coffee maker, a countertop air fryer/microwave/convection oven, and other amenities to make the kitchen super functional for you.  The breakfast nook is a great spot for breakfast or to work, and has a view of the front patio.  The service area is next to the kitchen and has a  half bath and a door that opens to the backyard. There is a den/dining room between the kitchen/living rooms and back of the house that is a great space to work or to invited friends for dinner.
We kept the main bath vintage, but updated and renovated it by reglazing the tiles, tub and sink and putting in new oiled bronze fixtures and lighting.  In the hallway right next it is is a large linen closet/storage area for your use.
Outside, enjoy the landscaped yards and the patio at entrance to the house.  If you need a hammock to enjoy an afternoon nap in LA's sunshine or anything else to feel at home, just let us know.
