Surprisingly quiet and low key despite being located next to a bar. Had everything I needed and was comfortable and convenient. Host response was timely and helpful. The back alley parking got a little messy at one point, not the host’s fault at all (as I said, next to a bar) but was cleaned up in reasonably timely fashion. The location is fantastic, and all in all I felt the price was fair and the overall stay was very pleasant. I would for sure stay there again.

Loved everything about the stay will most likely want to stay here again. Parking was easy and even had street parking right in front. Down the street there are tons of shops and restaurants and even some small pubs. Host was amazing and the stay was very pleasant

For those new to LA, this apartment is in an extremely safe area within a short walking distance to grocery stores, an independent bookstore, metro station and restaurants. Host communicated clearly and promptly. This was a fantastic first VRBo experience.

Great location and dedicated parking was a real plus. The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Located directly across from Sony Studios. Looking forward to going back again the next time I am in town.

Access to the building was incredibly easy amd seamless. Safe area for the parking. The apartment was very clean and had everhtbing you need to be comfortable, warm or cool, with heating and AC in the living room and the bedroom.

The accommodation is well located and safe. The accommodation is good but some places lack cleanliness. For example, the kitchen. Unfortunately, we ran out of electricity for 1 day and we ran out of hot water for 2 days. However, the communication was fast and they informed us of the updates. This situation was beyond their control. In addition, I do not advise people who have a big car, because the parking lot is very small and tight even for a small car it is not ideal. Despite everything we liked our stay I recommend.

Convenient location. Apt is very clean and well appointed. Parking is a little tricky because the space assigned to this apt is very tight. Also, there is a bar at the end of the block so noise is intermittent noise is an issue. On the whole, a great place to stay.
