Thank you for your feedback. We’re honestly surprised by your comments, as they are completely inconsistent with the experience described by the vast majority of our previous guests. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and the apartment is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay. If there had been any issue during your visit, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address it immediately. Regarding noise, our listing clearly states that the property is located in a lively area, which many guests actually enjoy. As for the beds, they are the same ones that have received consistent positive feedback for comfort. The comment about “no views” and being in a parking lot is simply inaccurate and does not reflect the actual location or what is shown in our listing photos. It’s also important to note that during your stay, the only communication we received from you was a request for additional keys and access tags for convenience. At no point did you raise any concerns about cleanliness, noise, beds, or the views. Had you brought any of these issues to our attention, we would have gladly addressed them right away. We always strive to provide a great experience and transparent expectations. It’s unfortunate that your stay did not meet your personal preferences, but based on the lack of concerns raised during your stay and the consistency of feedback from other guests, we feel this review does not accurately reflect the typical experience at our property.
